Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Bannenberg & Rowell, while Bernard Olesinski is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.02m beam and a 2.29m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 395 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the Princess 40M design. Launched in March 2012 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Princess' South Yard yard in United Kingdom where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2012.
Accommodation
Imperial Princess Beatrice offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M93L) 3,460hp engines, motor yacht Imperial Princess Beatrice is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 29,345 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Imperial Princess Beatrice also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
