Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.31m beam and a 1.98m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 255 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the second yacht built on the PJ 123 design.

Exterior Design

Invictus is a 37.5m (123ft) Palmer Johnson Sports Flybridge, and the profile leans heavily into speed and balance. The hull runs low and clean, with long dark glazing bands cutting through the white topsides, while the superstructure tapers aft into a compact flybridge. It reads as fast even at rest, which fits the yard’s performance-led approach.

The deck layout is built around social use. The aft deck centres on a large oval teak dining table for up to ten, paired with a full-service bar and four fixed stools. Twin staircases drop to the swim platform, while a central stair leads up to the flybridge, so movement between levels stays easy even with a full group on board. A built-in 65-inch TV and recessed speakers turn this area into an evening space as much as a daytime one.

Up top, the flybridge extends the same idea. There is another dining setup for eight, a wet bar, barbecue, fridges and an ice maker, so the deck works as a second open-air dining zone. A Jacuzzi sits forward with surrounding sunpads, and overhead shading keeps the space usable through the day.

Forward, the bow keeps a low, uncluttered look, while practical gear such as Maxwell 4000 winches and dual access points are worked into the structure. At the waterline, the swim platform adds a proper connection to the sea, supported by a Sanguineti passerelle and side boarding ladder for easy access when alongside or at anchor.

Interior Design

Inside, Invictus follows a wide-body layout, so the main saloon takes the full beam and feels open from side to side. American walnut flooring runs throughout, paired with matte mahogany panels that keep the tone warm without becoming heavy. The ceiling is recessed with integrated lighting, which adds depth without drawing attention to itself.

The saloon uses a loose, social layout. An L-shaped sofa, armchairs and a central teak table form the main seating group, while a 55-inch screen with surround sound sits forward as part of a Crestron system. Large windows bring in light on both sides, so the room stays bright despite the darker wood finishes.

Forward, the dining area connects directly to the saloon and seats eight around a high-gloss inlaid table. Storage stays built into the surrounding cabinetry, and the finish carries through with the same walnut flooring and stone accents, including marble details in the nearby day head.

The galley sits to port and is set up for serious use. Wolf induction cooking, steam ovens, Sub-Zero refrigeration and a Miele dishwasher cover the main appliances, while crema marble worktops and deep storage support longer trips. The layout keeps crew flow separate but still close to the dining space, which helps service without cutting off the room.

Up at the helm, the pilothouse uses cherry wood finishes and twin Stidd chairs. The console carries Garmin displays and full navigation systems, but the layout remains clear and easy to read, with good visibility forward and out to the sides.

Accommodation

Invictus accommodates up to 12 guests across four cabins, with two spaces that take on a master role.

The main deck owner’s suite sits forward and uses the full beam available at that level. A king-size bed anchors the room, with storage built beneath and around it. There are two cedar-lined walk-in wardrobes, a desk and vanity, and a private entertainment system. The en suite uses Calacatta Vagli Oro marble across floors and vanities, with separate his-and-hers heads and a shared central shower.

Below deck, the VIP suite spans the full beam aft and works as a second master. It has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, vanity desk and a large en suite finished in marble. The position gives it strong volume and separation from the other guest cabins.

Forward on the lower deck, two guest cabins sit to port and starboard. Each has a queen berth, cedar-lined storage and its own en suite, so all guest spaces maintain the same level of finish and privacy.

Crew accommodation supports up to six, with a captain’s cabin, two additional bunk cabins and a crew mess. The layout keeps service areas separate from guest circulation while still allowing quick access to the main deck and galley.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12v 4000 M90) 2,735hp engines, motor yacht Invictus is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 28,766 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,152 nautical miles at 14 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
