Next Chapter is a 97'5" motor yacht for sale delivered by American shipyard Hargrave in 2004. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Hargrave, while Yacht Interiors by Shelley is responsible for her interior design.
Key Features
- Spa pool and sun deck gym
- Four zero-speed stabilizers
- Full-beam split-level master suite
- 7,000-nautical mile cruising range
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 20' beam and a 5'6" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 173 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Next Chapter features expansive exterior spaces designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The flybridge is a standout, complete with a bar area fitted with bar stools and two inviting seating zones beneath a substantial GRP hardtop. Further aft, a large beach club and generous swim platform provide direct and easy access to the water. Up top, the sun deck offers yet another retreat, enhanced by a spa pool and a dedicated gym space - fully air-conditioned and equipped with proper fitness gear for those wanting to stay active at sea..
Interior Design
Inside, the yacht has been carefully laid out for both comfort and elegance. The main saloon stretches over eight metres forward and is lined in warm, glossy cherry wood panelling offset by light upholstery. This space includes a cosy side lounge with advanced entertainment systems and a larger, more formal dining area positioned forward.
Her galley adopts a relaxed, country kitchen style. It includes a central island, with a raised C-shaped settee nearby that serves as a casual dining spot - well placed to take in views through the surrounding windows.
Accommodation
Next Chapter accommodates up to 13 guests across six cabins, with a layout that offers remarkable privacy and flexibility. The master suite is a full-beam, split-level design located forward on the main deck. It includes a king-sized bed, a panoramic-view observation lounge, and a private owner’s study. The ensuite features a distinctive split-level arrangement and benefits from outstanding natural light.
Guests are well catered for with a VIP suite on the bridge deck and another VIP cabin positioned in the bow, accessible via its own private staircase. Two additional queen cabins and two twin cabins, one of which includes a Pullman berth, round out the guest accommodation.
The yacht can carry a crew of four, ensuring a high level of service is maintained across all areas of operation and guest care.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Next Chapter is capable of reaching a top speed of 21 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. With her 3,200 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 900 nautical miles at 13 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
