Key Features
- Private aft owner’s terrace
- Flybridge with bar and dining
- Twin garages in hulls
- Livewell and fighting chair aft
Design & Construction
Designed around a catamaran aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 27'6" beam and a 3'11" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 180 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Pegasus IX has a dark navy hull accented by slim white boot stripes and a crisp white superstructure that stands out over the water. The sharp, angular windows along the main deck emphasise her length while drawing natural light into the interior. From the side, her multihull platform is clear, with broad proportions giving stability and presence.
The yacht’s exterior spaces are spread across three decks. The aft deck is arranged for dining with seating for up to 12, fully protected by an enclosure so it can be enjoyed in any weather. A livewell and Pompanette fighting chair are fitted here, creating a setup tailored to fishing while doubling as a comfortable social zone.
At the bow, tender storage is integrated into the foredeck with a davit rated to 544kg (1,200lb), launching a 4.2m (14ft) Novurania tender with 40hp Evinrude.
The flybridge is a highlight, thanks to the yacht’s 8.38m (27ft 6in) beam. This wide platform carries a sunbathing area, enclosed forward and side sections for shade, a walk-up bar with fridge and icemakers, plus a dining table and chairs. A hydraulic swim ladder at the stern gives direct water access, while the twin hulls house aft garages that can be outfitted for dive gear, toys, or fishing setups. A barbecue adds to the leisure amenities, making outdoor living a major strength of Pegasus IX.
Interior Design
The interior of Pegasus IX carries a light and breezy theme, with limed wood, blue-and-white fabrics, and subtle nautical detailing. The main saloon follows an open-plan arrangement. A dining area and bar with four stools sit alongside a lounge space fitted with a 55in Philips flatscreen TV, sound system, and entertainment hub. The overall effect is airy and informal, with good flow between dining, relaxing, and socialising areas.
Accommodation
Pegasus IX offers guest accommodation for eight, all positioned on the main deck. The standout is the full-beam master suite, which spans more than 55.7 sq m (600 sq ft). At its centre sits a king-size berth oriented aft, giving direct views onto the private owner’s deck and framed by sweeping 180-degree windows. At the foot of the bed, a low cabinet conceals a pop-up flatscreen television with a full entertainment system, while the rest of the suite provides generous storage, ample closets, and a comfortable seating area. The ensuite bathroom is finished in marble, fitted with two sinks and an oversized shower.
Immediately aft of the suite, the owner’s private deck is laid out with custom L-shaped seating and a cocktail-dining table, with steps linking this terrace to the flybridge above.
Two VIP cabins are also located on the main deck. Both are spacious and filled with natural light from large windows, and each comes with its own ensuite bathroom and integrated entertainment system.
Crew accommodation is also found on the main deck, providing berths for three staff members and their own ensuite facilities.
In total, Pegasus IX is arranged with four cabins, comprising one king, two queens, and one double, supported by five bathrooms.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M91) 1,972hp engines, motor yacht Pegasus IX is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 21 knots.
