The 83'8" motor yacht SHE / 01 is being constructed by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo and is due to be delivered in 2026. Her interior design comes from the drawing boards of Studio Lissoni, while Zuccon International Project is responsible for her exterior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a modified deep vee GRP hull and superstructure she features a 21'4" beam and a 5'10" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks.

This was the first yacht built on the SHE design.

Exterior Design

The 25.5m (83.6ft) Sanlorenzo SHE carries a profile inspired by the refined Italian yachts of the 1960s, reinterpreted with contemporary clarity and advanced materials. Her lines are pure and minimalist, shaped with the restraint and proportion typical of Sanlorenzo’s heritage.

The exterior architecture is defined by full-height glazing that fills the superstructure with light and transparency. This design blurs the boundary between inside and out, creating an uninterrupted dialogue with the sea. When underway, the stern remains compact and discreet, yet at anchor it transforms into a generous sea-level terrace, expanding the usable space and inviting a connection with the water.

The main deck is laid out on a single level, entirely free of steps or barriers. The cockpit is open and flexible, conceived as a blank canvas that can be furnished to match the owner’s lifestyle. Forward, a private bow lounge with a solarium offers an additional open-air retreat.

Above, the upper sun deck mirrors the same design language of balance and discretion. Every element is positioned to reduce visual weight and preserve the yacht’s clean skyline. Sanlorenzo’s Smart Island system which is a modular outdoor arrangement created with Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners, that allows for adaptable configurations both on the sun deck and in the cockpit. The concept avoids fixed elements that might interrupt the glazed surfaces or the yacht’s natural transparency.

One-way glass technology integrated into the hull reinforces this visual purity, maintaining unbroken exterior lines while protecting interior privacy. 

Interior Design

Inside SHE, the design spirit of mid-century Milan meets contemporary yacht architecture. The aesthetic recalls a refined Milanese lounge, combining mahogany finishes, sculptural furniture and a palette of soft, harmonious tones. The interiors were created by Piero Lissoni of Lissoni & Partners, who has distilled Sanlorenzo’s design into a modern expression of calm and clarity. Traditional yacht materials and motifs are reinterpreted with a lighter hand.  

Spatially, the layout unfolds over three levels with a small mezzanine connecting the main and lower decks. The main salon sits slightly elevated and flows directly into the cockpit through floor-to-ceiling glass, maintaining a constant visual connection with the sea. The area combines lounge seating, a bar and the helm station in one continuous, sociable space, designed to shift naturally from navigation to relaxation.

A sculptural circular staircase descends to the mezzanine level, where the dining area forms the heart of the interior. This zone links directly to the galley and crew quarters, allowing for effortless service while maintaining guest privacy. The mezzanine benefits from natural light filtering through the glazing above, producing a soft, atmospheric transition between the decks.

Throughout, light plays a key role - filtered and reflected across polished surfaces and gentle contours.

Accommodation

SHE offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests in three en-suite cabins, supported by a crew of three. 

A full-beam owner’s suite occupies the stern, creating a private retreat defined by luminous interiors and quiet precision in detail. Two further guest cabins (a VIP and a twin) complete the guest accommodation, each with its own en-suite bathroom and the same refined materials and design language seen throughout the yacht.

Forward, the crew area includes two cabins accommodating three members, together with a well-equipped galley and service zone.  

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Volvo Penta (D13-1000) 1,000hp engines, motor yacht SHE / 01 is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 1,413 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 9 knots.
