Slam is a 26.76m motor yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo in 2018. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Officina Italiana Design, while Sanlorenzo is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.35m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 80 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
Slam has the low, stretched profile that made the 26.76m (87.8ft) Sanlorenzo SL86 such a distinctive yacht when it arrived. Officina Italiana Design kept the superstructure quite slim, with a long band of dark glazing through the main deck and another sweep of glass rising towards the wheelhouse. The white hull underneath is relatively clean, so most of the visual weight sits in those windows and the dark hardtop above.
The bow is long and lightly furnished rather than given over entirely to working deck. Built-in seating, sunpads and a central table create a separate guest area well away from the cockpit, useful when the yacht is moored stern-to or when guests want somewhere quieter underway.
Aft, the cockpit sits beneath the flybridge overhang with dining close to the saloon doors. The stern then drops to the bathing platform, with the tender garage built into the transom rather than taking up space on the upper decks. The SL86 garage was designed for a jet tender of around 4.45m (14.6ft), which is useful capacity on a yacht that still keeps a relatively clean stern.
The flybridge is the strongest exterior feature. At around 41m² (441ft²), it is a big deck for a yacht under 27m, and Slam uses it for much more than the upper helm. There is dining beneath the hardtop, lounge seating and sunbathing space, while the dining table can be lowered to create a larger sunpad.
Interior Design
Officina Italiana Design also handled Slam's interior, so the sharp exterior glass and cleaner interior architecture come from the same studio.
White and cream upholstery sits against warm timber cabinetry, darker wall panels and polished surfaces. The palette is fairly restrained, but there is enough contrast to stop the saloon feeling washed out.
The main saloon makes good use of the yacht's 6.35m (20.8ft) beam. A large sofa fills the aft lounge area around a marble-topped coffee table, while the dining table sits further forward rather than being isolated in another room.
Long windows on both sides are the dominant feature. They sit low enough to give seated guests a useful view outside and visually reduce the amount of solid structure through the middle of the yacht.
The arrangement is simple, which suits this size of yacht. Lounge, dining and cockpit sit along one continuous main-deck route, so there is no need to pass through formal lobbies or smaller transition rooms just to move between the principal guest spaces.
Accommodation
Slam accommodates eight guests in four en suite cabins, with separate quarters for up to three crew.
Unlike many larger Sanlorenzos, the owner's suite is not on the main deck. It sits full beam amidships on the lower deck, where the 6.35m (20.8ft) beam gives the cabin plenty of width. Large hull-side windows bring in natural light, while built-in storage, a dressing area and a substantial en suite make it more than simply the largest cabin below.
The en suite has a long vanity and separate glass shower, keeping the wet area away from the main bathroom space.
Three further guest cabins complete the accommodation, with a VIP or double and two twins making up the standard SL86 arrangement.
Keeping all four guest cabins on the lower deck leaves the main deck free for living space. It also makes Slam quite different from the later Sanlorenzo models that moved the owner forward onto the main deck in pursuit of more apartment-like layouts.
Performance & Capabilities
Slam is powered by the higher-output engine package offered for the SL86, with twin MTU M96L T3 diesels producing 2,000hp each.
Maximum speed is 32 knots and cruising speed is around 27 knots, with a quoted range of 355 nautical miles at 25 knots.
That makes the engine choice more meaningful than simply adding a couple of knots to the headline speed. The standard SL86 package topped out at around 30 knots, while the M96L installation took the yacht to 32 knots and around 27 knots at cruise.
With 8,000 litres of fuel, Slam is very much a fast Mediterranean cruising yacht rather than a long-range passage maker. The useful figure here is the 355nm range at 25 knots, because it describes how the yacht is likely to be used rather than relying on a much slower economy-speed calculation.
A 1.9m (6.2ft) draft also keeps access relatively straightforward around Mediterranean cruising grounds and shallower anchorages.
Slam underwent substantial work in 2026, including attention to the engines, generators, stabiliser fins, electronics and shaft seals. Paintwork was also renewed, while the onboard equipment gained upgraded audio and Starlink.
Leisure & Entertainment
The flybridge gives Slam its biggest concentration of outdoor space.
At around 41m² (441ft²), there is enough room to divide the deck between dining, lounging, sunbathing and the helm rather than treating everything aft of the controls as one seating area. Opening sections in the hardtop provide shade when needed without permanently covering the deck.
The lowering dining table is a particularly useful detail because it allows the same part of the flybridge to switch from meals to a much larger sunpad without adding another fixed piece of furniture.
The foredeck gives guests another choice, with built-in seating and sunpads away from the busier stern, while the aft cockpit remains the most sheltered outdoor dining area.
At water level, the bathing platform and tender garage keep swimming and tender operations together at the stern without taking space from the flybridge or foredeck.
