30m Sunseeker Motor Yacht Emrys Sold

The 30-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Emrys has been sold, with Jarrett Hiebert of Merle Wood & Associates and Kent Chamberlain of Chamberlain Yachts representing the seller, while Daniel Cousins of Prime Yachts introduced the buyer. The yacht was sold with a last known asking price of $2.25 million.

Built by British shipyard Sunseeker, Emrys was delivered in 2010 as the ninth hull in the Sunseeker 30 Metre Yacht series. Designed entirely in-house, the 113GT motor yacht features a planing GRP hull and superstructure and underwent a refit in 2020.

The interior of the motor yacht has been designed to create a bright and comfortable atmosphere, with expansive glazing allowing natural light to flow throughout the main deck living spaces. Contemporary furnishings and an open layout provide flexible areas for both entertaining and everyday cruising, while the arrangement places equal emphasis on privacy and socialising. The same approach to spacious onboard living can also be seen across larger models in the builder's range, including the Sunseeker 116 Yacht.

The exterior has been designed to maximise time spent outdoors, with several distinct social spaces spread across two decks. The flybridge serves as the yacht's main entertaining area, incorporating a Jacuzzi, bar, dining space and generous seating, while additional lounging areas on the aft deck and foredeck offer quieter places to relax. This approach to outdoor living can also be seen aboard the Sunseeker 100 Yacht, where expansive deck spaces form a key part of the onboard experience.

Accommodation onboard the superyacht is arranged for up to eight guests in four cabins, comprising a main deck owner's suite, one VIP cabin, one double cabin and one twin cabin. Separate quarters for four crew support comfortable operation and guest service during extended cruising.

Powered by twin 2,600hp MAN diesel engines, Emrys reaches a top speed of 25 knots, cruises comfortably at 20 knots and has a range of 700 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. Her planing hull reflects the performance-focused character found across Sunseeker's flybridge models, including the Sunseeker 88 Yacht.
