Delivered by Dutch shipyard Mulder in 2017, Delta One returned in 2026 for an extensive refit by the Mulder 360° Service team. The first Mulder ThirtySix built, the 296GT motor yacht features exterior design by Claydon Reeves Design Studio, interiors by Vickers Studio and naval architecture by Van Oossanen Naval Architects and Mulder Design.
Award-winning design established the ThirtySix platform
As the first yacht built on the ThirtySix design, Delta One helped establish the identity of Mulder's 36m series. Her Claydon Reeves exterior features a plumb bow and clean horizontal lines with extensive glazing, while an 8m beam and Van Oossanen-developed fast displacement hull contribute to her distinctive profile and seakeeping characteristics. The design earned Delta One the award for Best Displacement Motor Yacht below 500GT at the 2018 World Superyacht Awards.
Fold-out beach club expands life at the water
Guest spaces onboard the motor yacht extend from the aft deck to a beach club equipped with fold-out terraces, a wet bar, television, day head and shower, creating a larger waterside lounge when at anchor. Above, the sundeck centres around a seven-person Jacuzzi alongside sunpads, a bar, barbecue and outdoor helm, while further seating and lounging space is positioned forward. A transverse garage accommodates a 6.25m tender, two Jet Skis and additional watersports equipment without compromising guest deck space.
Light-filled Vickers Studio interior accommodates 10 guests
The superyacht's interior has been designed around a light, contemporary aesthetic, with full-height glazing bringing natural light into the main guest areas. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across five cabins, led by a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck, while four additional double cabins are positioned on the lower deck. The main saloon incorporates lounge and dining areas alongside a bar, with indoor and outdoor dining arrangements capable of seating all 10 guests.
Aluminium construction supports long range cruising
Built with an aluminium hull and superstructure, Delta One uses a fast displacement platform and is powered by twin 1,150hp Caterpillar C18 diesel engines driving twin screw propellers. She reaches a top speed of 17 knots and cruises at 15 knots, while her 32,000-litre fuel capacity provides a maximum range of 2,200 nautical miles. Stabilisation is provided both underway and at anchor, supporting onboard comfort during longer passages and when stationary.
Extensive refit prepares Delta One for a new season
Delta One spent several months at Mulder Shipyard, where craftsmen, engineers and Mulder 360° Service specialists worked to prepare her for continued private and charter use. While the yard has not disclosed a detailed scope of works, it confirmed that the refit addressed technical systems, finishes and onboard details ahead of the yacht's return to operation.
On departure from the Dutch shipyard, Delta One was joined on the water by fellow Mulder ThirtySix My Lady, bringing two examples of the 36m series together.
