First 33m Bering 110 Motor Yacht Reaches Hull-Turning Milestone in Antalya

Crossover design brings a new character to the Bering range

Conceived as a crossover yacht rather than a traditional explorer yacht, the Bering 110 retains the robust proportions and long-range capability associated with the yard while introducing a softer, more contemporary profile. Red Yacht Design is responsible for the exterior styling and interior concept, while Bering Yachts has developed the naval architecture. A key feature of the layout is the asymmetric main saloon, where removing the starboard side passage creates around an additional metre of interior width. Construction began in November 2025 following the signing of the first contract a month earlier.

Guest areas have been arranged to support both entertaining and extended periods on board, with an oversized aft cockpit providing seating for up to 12 guests alongside a full bar. The flybridge adds a Jacuzzi, another bar and flexible open deck space, while the beach club below incorporates a skylight and can accommodate a gym, sauna and relaxation area alongside storage for water toys and equipment. Practical provisions for longer voyages include extensive cabinetry, a walk-in fridge and freezer and two laundry areas.

Inside, Red Yacht Design has drawn on far eastern principles of simplicity, balance and precision, creating a restrained residential atmosphere rather than a more decorative interpretation of superyacht luxury. Warm wood panelling is paired with neutral tones, natural marble and selective burgundy accents, while the accommodation is arranged for 10 guests across five cabins. The owner's suite is positioned forward on the main deck, with four additional guest cabins and dedicated crew quarters on the lower deck.

The motor yacht is constructed with a full-displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with an 8.2m beam and 2.4m draft. She features twin Caterpillar engines, a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots, while a 47,000-litre fuel capacity supports the yacht's long-range cruising ambitions. The vessel has an internal volume of 299 gross tons and is designed to carry five crew alongside her 10 guests.

According to YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the largest yacht database in the world, there are currently 9 yachts in the order book, reflecting activity across several parts of the builder's explorer range. Among the projects progressing in Antalya is the first 40m Bering 125, Grace O'Malley, which has been moving through outfitting after its hull was transferred to the yard. Further up the range, the 49m Bering 165 has also gained momentum, with two units sold and both flagship projects now under construction.
