Greek performance boat builder Technohull will debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 8–13 September. The boats will highlight the brand’s high-speed performance and luxury comfort.
Alpha 45 brings an 85-knot world premiere to Cannes
Making its public debut at Cannes, the Alpha 45 is the latest addition to Technohull's performance-focused Alpha Series, sitting between the Alpha 40 and Alpha 50. Built around the company's Dynastream Deep-V hull with ventilated steps and a wave-piercing bow, the model is designed for high-speed offshore running while retaining the space expected of a luxury dayboat. Its most powerful configuration uses four 500hp Mercury Racing outboards and is capable of speeds around 85 knots, while the helm introduces a centrally positioned steering wheel. A configurable walkaround deck provides generous bow and aft lounging areas, while below deck a double berth and separate full-beam bathroom allow two guests to stay overnight.
Alpha 50 puts Technohull's flagship on the water
The Alpha 50 will represent the other end of the display as the largest model in Technohull's Alpha Series. Measuring 15m, the flagship places greater emphasis on exterior living, with an expansive deck arrangement incorporating an island aft sunpad, cockpit seating beneath its distinctive aerodynamic hardtop and a large bow lounging area. Accommodation is provided for two in a private cabin with an oversized double berth and separate bathroom, while propulsion options extend from outboard installations to twin inboard diesels. At the upper end of the outboard range, the transom can accommodate as many as five 500hp engines, giving the Alpha 50 performance potential approaching 100mph depending on configuration.
First Cannes appearance marks another step in Technohull's international growth
The Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 runs from 8–13 September across the Vieux Port and Port Canto. For its first appearance at the event, Technohull will display the Alpha 50 on the water at PAN 031, while the new Alpha 45 will take centre stage at TENDER 115 in front of the Palais des Festivals, giving visitors the opportunity to see two different interpretations of the builder's performance-focused Alpha Series.
For buyers considering Technohull, the builder’s first Cannes appearance offers a useful opportunity to compare two of its key Alpha Series models in person.
