Scheduled for launch in June 2025, this 31m yacht brings together superyacht-grade construction, standout volume, and serious long-range capability. Here are five key things to know.
1. It’s one of the most spacious 31m yachts on the market
The “Ultra High Volume” designation isn’t just branding. With a gross tonnage of 225GT and 260 square meters of interior space, the UHV100 offers more room than many yachts in its class.

It also includes 125 square meters of exterior space, with highlights such as a beach club, full-beam upper saloon, and a six-person foredeck dip pool. A trompe l’oeil paint treatment enhances the visual profile by creating the illusion of an extra deck.
2. The build uses superyacht-level engineering
Although the motor yacht measures 31 meters, the UHV100 is built to standards more often seen on 50-meter yachts. The hull and superstructure are epoxy-infused with E-glass reinforcement for superior strength, reduced weight, and minimal maintenance.

Inside, key components such as floors and ceilings are installed using isolation systems to limit vibration and noise throughout the yacht. All piping, ductwork, and cabling are mounted away from structural contact to reduce sound transmission.
3. Redundancy is built into every major system
Lazzara’s UHV range is engineered for reliability. The UHV100 incorporates full redundancy across critical systems, including fresh water, black water, air conditioning, and more.

This ensures the superyacht can continue operating normally even if one system fails during a trip. It’s a direct response to common owner frustrations - avoiding trip interruptions due to a single mechanical issue.
4. The layout is designed for private use and charter flexibility
The UHV100 features a main-deck owner’s suite with panoramic windows and direct access to the foredeck pool. Below, four guest cabins accommodate up to 10 guests. Social areas include a main deck saloon measuring 42 square meters and a large upper deck saloon that flows into an alfresco dining area.

The submersible swim platform enhances water access for guests and crew alike, while the yacht’s 1.85-meter draft allows entry into shallow cruising grounds such as the Bahamas.
5. The first Lazzara UHV 100 is for sale now, ahead of launch
This first Lazzara UHV100 is listed for sale on YachtBuyer and is currently asking €14,500,000. It follows the UHV87, which debuted in 2022, and precedes the flagship UHV150 due in 2027.

According to YachtBuyer Intelligence, which tracks verified global new-build activity in real time, Lazzara currently has four yachts in build, including this first UHV100, the flagship Lazzara EX165 expedition yacht due in 2028, and two additional UHV-series models.
For buyers looking for a yacht with high-spec build quality, long-range cruising potential, and standout interior space in the 30-meter segment, the UHV100 is a rare opportunity ahead of launch.
