An excellent example of what modern, sportsbridge design can deliver, the S7 for sale looks great, goes fast and packs a spectacular salon and four-cabin interior.
As with all current S models, the S7 comes with triple engines, this time three Volvo Penta IPS1050 (800hp) pod drives delivering a 36-knot top speed. Anyone familiar with the smaller S6 will recognise the interior design with the same diagonal stateroom, forward galley and a superb aft deck lounge and sunpad. The sportsbridge is a focused driving position with a simple sunpad aft.
It would be doing this yacht an injustice to say it is simply a larger version of the S6, but it is and that is a very good thing. A bigger yacht with many of the same features as the S6 wrapped up in a later design with that extra cabin, the S7 just adds quality in every area. The sportsbridge has two helm seats, the salon and galley are bigger, there is more glass and the cabins all feel like they belong to a larger yacht. Those triple drives make a great headline but also offer easy joystick control for self-piloting.

Market Price Insight
YachtBuyer’s Market Watch reports that there are currently 9 Azimut S7 yachts listed for sale globally, with prices spanning a wide range due to generational differences and features. First generation models (Mk1, 2017 - 2022) are the most affordable, priced between £1.3 million and £2.1 million, with an average asking price of £1.6 million. In contrast, the newest, second generation models (Mk2, 2023) are listed at £2.3 million, reflecting their advanced technology, more modern design, and newer construction. The arrival of the second generation model has influenced the pricing of first generation yachts, as their updated styling, features and cutting-edge appeal shift buyer preferences, resulting in more competitive pricing for older models. This trend highlights how innovation drives market dynamics for the S7 line.

Over the past three years, the Azimut S7 has shown distinct price trends across its two generations, reflecting differences in market demand, vessel condition, and features. The first generation models have the longest average time on the market, sitting for about 201 days, suggesting lower demand for the older features, and on average, they end up 1.14% lower than their initial asking price. With an average market duration of 29 days, the second generation models stand out for their shorter time on sale, likely due to their newer features and refreshed design but they don't tend to need to lower the price in order to sell.
The first S7 was announced to the press in 2017 and Azimut started development later the same year and the first model rolled off the production line in 2018. The second generation was launched in 2023 and saw its World Debut at Boot Düsseldorf the 2 years later.
This is a Mark 2 version of the S7 and is the first in the S range to be penned by Alberto Mancini, offering a fresh take on an established classic.
