Alya is a 41m motor yacht for sale delivered by Emirati shipyard Gulf Craft in 2016. Gulf Craft is responsible for the complete look and feel of the superyacht, having created the interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture.

Key Features

  • Majesty 135 tri-deck yacht
  • Jacuzzi and flybridge bar
  • Owner’s private balcony
  • Zero-speed stabilisers

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.14m beam and a 2.11m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 320 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the sixth yacht built on the Majesty 135 design. She was delivered to her owners in July 2016.

Exterior Design

The Gulf Craft Majesty 135 Alya has the layered triple-deck profile that helped establish the Majesty series in the 40m class. Long dark glazing bands run almost continuously through the superstructure, which lowers the visual height of the yacht and sharpens the profile against the white hull. The bow carries a moderate rake rather than an aggressive vertical stem, so the yacht keeps a softer flowing shape from foredeck to stern.

The superstructure stretches low and clean across all three decks, while the extended flybridge overhang shades the aft deck below without interrupting the overall lines. Side bulwark cut-outs and dark window detailing also help reduce visual bulk across the midsection. From the side profile, the yacht feels long and balanced rather than heavily stacked.

Exterior living spaces spread across several levels. The 111m² (1,194ft²) sundeck includes a Jacuzzi, bar, lounge seating and dining space, while also carrying a 6m (19.7ft) tender and jet skis aft. The upper deck combines an exterior lounge with forward-facing seating ahead of the bridge, and the main deck aft connects directly to the salon through full-height glass doors. At the stern, the cascading aft sections step naturally toward the water, integrating tender handling and beach club functions into the profile.

Interior Design

Inside, Alya combines contemporary styling with warmer traditional detailing. Large windows across the main and upper decks bring strong natural light into the salon areas, while neutral fabrics, timber joinery and marble flooring soften the atmosphere without making the spaces feel overly formal.

The main salon uses an open arrangement with lounge seating aft and a formal dining area forward. Full-height sliding glass doors strengthen the link between the interior and aft deck, while the hydraulic balcony off the salon introduces more light and ventilation into the space. Integrated audio-visual systems are fitted throughout the yacht, supporting both entertainment and longer onboard stays.

A second sky lounge on the upper deck creates a more private social space separate from the main salon below. The interior styling across the yacht leans toward calm and understated rather than heavily decorative, with warm wood tones and clean furniture layouts helping the large interior volume feel more relaxed and approachable.

Accommodation

Alya accommodates up to 12 guests across six cabins, with additional accommodation for up to 10 crew members. The layout suits extended family cruising as well as charter use, with strong separation between guest and operational areas.

The owner’s suite includes a fold-out private balcony, giving direct access to fresh air and open sea views from the cabin itself. Large windows and the yacht’s substantial beam help the suite feel bright and spacious, while the remaining guest cabins continue the same modern styling found throughout the yacht.

Guest accommodation is spread across six en suite cabins, allowing flexible arrangements for families and larger guest groups. Crew quarters for 10 support full-service operation during extended cruising periods, with dedicated crew spaces separated from the guest areas to maintain privacy onboard.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M94) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Alya is capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 32,200 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,800 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Amenities

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Alya also features an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
