Launched in the United Arab Emirates, the new yacht adopts the refreshed styling first introduced on the larger Nomad 101. It brings a more contemporary appearance while retaining the expedition-inspired character that has defined the Nomad range.
Alongside the exterior revisions, the interior layout has been reworked to provide more flexible social spaces, increased owner privacy and accommodation intended for extended cruising.
Nomad 101 Styling Inspires the New Generation
The most visible changes can be seen in the yacht's exterior profile, which introduces the latest styling direction for the Nomad range. The updated lines follow the cleaner, more contemporary look first seen on the flagship Nomad 101.
Inside the yacht, the yard partnered with Dutch design studio Phathom Studio, whose "Soft Minimalism" approach emphasizes uncluttered spaces, warm natural finishes and a restrained architectural style. The result is an interior intended to feel bright and practical during extended periods on board rather than focused solely on entertaining in port.
The main deck has been arranged around an open-plan social space, while the full-beam owner's suite occupies the forward section of the deck. Large windows provide approximately 270-degree outward views, helping bring more natural light into the accommodation.
Designed for Longer Journeys
The Nomad 70 has been configured to support owners spending extended periods away from marinas without sacrificing onboard comfort. Accommodation on boad the motor yacht includes four en suite guest cabins, allowing up to eight guests to stay on board, alongside two dedicated crew cabins. They have also incorporated a separate professional crew galley, allowing guest and crew operations to remain independent during longer passages.
Elsewhere, the upper deck offers additional indoor and outdoor living areas, giving owners flexibility whether cruising with family or entertaining guests. The internal layout has been planned to maximize usable living space without compromising machinery access or technical systems.
Where the New Nomad 70 Sits in the Lineup
The launch of the new Nomad 70 further expands the yard's long-range cruising lineup, which now spans models from just over 20 meters to more than 30 meters
At the top of the range, the Nomad 101 remains the flagship, measuring 30.34 meters with accommodation for 10 guests across five cabins. Powered by twin 1,900hp engines, she offers a range exceeding 3,000 nautical miles alongside three exterior deck levels designed for extended cruising and remote anchorages.
Below the flagship, the Nomad 75 offers a choice of open flybridge or enclosed upper deck, accommodating up to 10 guests and delivering a cruising range of around 2,300 nautical miles at 12 knots. Completing the lineup, the Nomad 65 serves as the entry point to the series, targeting owner-operators with a more compact 20.04-meter platform that offers nearly 1,900 nautical miles of range, three guest cabins and twin 800hp engines.
Positioned between the Nomad 65 and Nomad 75, the redesigned Nomad 70 fills an important gap in the lineup, bringing the yard's latest styling and interior design language to a size that remains practical for private ownership while continuing the range's focus on comfortable, long-distance cruising.
