Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.35m beam and a 2.37m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 282 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2010. This was the fourth yacht built on the Custom Line 124' design. Launched in February 2013 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in April 2013.
Exterior Design
Argento, a 37.8m (124ft) Custom Line yacht, presents a modern, well-proportioned exterior with an emphasis on comfort and outdoor living. Her clean design lines are paired with generous deck spaces across multiple levels, creating a layout that encourages relaxation, entertaining, and time spent close to the water.
At the stern, a fold-out transom forms a spacious beach club right at water level. This area is configured as a dedicated dive center, equipped with 20 dive tanks and a Nitrox system. It's also suited for lounging between water activities and includes steps that connect the space to the main deck. The garage is typically used for watersports gear, though its dimensions could allow for tender storage if needed.
Further aft, the main deck cockpit is arranged as a sociable outdoor lounge, comfortably seating up to 12. Above, the upper deck offers shaded lounging with U-shaped seating and direct access from the skylounge, framed by sliding glass doors that allow the interior and exterior to flow together. Moving up again, the sun deck features a secondary helm position and expansive sunbathing space. From this top-tier vantage point, panoramic views make it an ideal spot while underway or at anchor.
The bow area is another well-used space, laid out with a U-shaped seating arrangement around a height-adjustable table. A retractable canvas bimini provides shade, making the foredeck equally comfortable for informal meals or private retreats. Just above this, an additional sunbathing zone is tucked in with cushions and towels ready for use.
Additional details include fold-down balconies on both sides of the main deck, which extend the internal living space and enhance the connection with the sea. There are also well-integrated side gates, a comprehensive anchor handling system forward, and practical side deck walkways linking all exterior areas with ease. The upper levels house twin radars, satellite domes, life rafts, a searchlight, and navigation lighting, while the top helm station is supported by a sliding hatch enclosure.
Interior Design
The interior of Argento is finished in a calm, contemporary style. Satin wood cabinetry and soft grey tones set the overall mood, and large windows throughout the main and upper decks fill the spaces with natural light.
The main salon is laid out as a generous, multifunctional lounge. A settee, armchairs, and a built-in couch provide seating for up to 12. Fold-down balconies on either side of the room draw the outside in, making the space feel even larger and more open. Entertainment features include a retractable television and hidden storage for AV equipment.
Just forward of the salon, a formal dining area is arranged around a nearly square table - an intentionally sociable layout that avoids placing guests at isolated ends. Practical storage and additional television displays are built into the surrounding joinery.
Forward on the main deck is the owner's suite, accessed via a short corridor past the day head. Before reaching the sleeping area, there's a dedicated office with a sliding partition door - useful for work or private use without disturbing the rest of the suite. The cabin benefits from expansive side windows and a thoughtful contrast between light tones and darker woodwork. There are two large walk-in wardrobes and a spacious en-suite with a large shower, designer fittings, and separate privacy doors for the WC area.
The galley is located forward to port and is well equipped for both service and long stays aboard. Refrigeration is extensive, including dedicated wine storage, and there's ample counter space, an oven, hob, and dishwasher. The crew can access this area directly from the side deck, helping maintain guest privacy during service.
Up on the upper deck, the skylounge offers a more informal atmosphere. U-shaped couches and another rise-and-fall television make it an inviting spot for films or relaxing afternoons. The space connects directly to the upper aft deck through sliding glass doors, reinforcing the sense of flow throughout the yacht. Forward of the skylounge, the wheelhouse is equipped with full navigation and communication systems, engine controls, and bow and stern thruster operation. Side doors on either side of the bridge provide quick access to the side decks when docking or underway.
Accommodation
Argento sleeps up to 10 guests across five cabins. The owner's suite is located forward on the main deck, offering privacy and excellent views thanks to its raised position and large side windows. In addition to the sleeping area, it includes a private office, two walk-in wardrobes, and a generously sized en-suite with separate WC and shower compartments.
The four remaining guest cabins are positioned on the lower deck. Two are configured as doubles with walk-in wardrobes, dressing tables, and en-suite bathrooms featuring separate showers and toilets with their own privacy doors. The other two guest cabins offer twin berths and are slightly smaller in footprint, though they maintain the same standard of finish and also include Pullman berths for added flexibility. Each has its own en-suite and storage, with large hull windows providing natural light and sea views.
Crew accommodation is arranged forward on the lower deck, separate from guest spaces. There are four crew cabins in total. The captain’s cabin includes a double berth, desk, en-suite, and monitoring station for yacht systems. The other three cabins are equipped with bunk beds and en-suites, and one serves as a standard crew twin. A crew mess, laundry, and utility area are also located here, accessible via a private entrance off the galley. The layout ensures the crew can carry out duties discreetly and efficiently without impacting guest spaces.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M93) 3,510hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Argento is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. The yacht can house plenty of nautical toys and accessories, with a well-appointed tender garage for storing her impressive locker. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht and an inviting spread of sunpads.
