More Details

Delivered in 2005, Incognito is a 39.65m open yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Mangusta. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Stefano Righini, while Mangusta is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • Full-beam owner cabin
  • Shallow draft allows extensive Bahamas cruising
  • 500nm range at 20 knots
  • Hidden jacuzzi under sun pads
  • Twin MTU engines power water jet propulsion
  • 39.6m Overmarine Mangusta yacht

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.77m beam and a 1.49m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 289 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the third yacht built on the Mangusta 130 design.

Exterior Design

The Overmarine 39.6m (129.9ft) Incognito follows a low, stretched profile typical of Mangusta fast open yachts, and the images show how the long foredeck, curved glazing and minimal superstructure keep the silhouette clean and fast-looking. The bow runs wide and flat, so it provides a large sunpad area, while the wraparound windscreen flows into the side windows in one continuous line.

Aft, the deck opens into a social cockpit with built-in seating and a dining area positioned just behind the helm, so guests stay connected to the action while underway. The open layout keeps sightlines clear from bow to stern, and large side windows bring light into the main deck interior.

The main deck aft also hides one of the more unusual features, with a Jacuzzi set beneath the sunpads. This area can open up when in use, and it includes a pop-up sunshade so the space adapts between sun and shade.

At the stern, broad steps lead down to the swim platform, which sits close to the water for easy access. The shallow 1.6m (5.2ft) draft supports use in areas like the Bahamas.

Interior Design

Inside, Incognito balances gloss wood finishes with lighter soft furnishings, and the images show a mix of high-gloss cabinetry, warm timber flooring and neutral seating. The main salon runs on an open plan, with lounge and dining areas placed in sequence, while large side windows bring in natural light.

The dining area sits forward of the lounge, set around a rectangular table, and the helm position remains integrated into the same space, so the layout keeps everything connected rather than separated.

A 2019 refit updated the interior while keeping the original character, so the finish feels more current without losing the strong wood detailing. Ceiling panels with recessed lighting add structure overhead, and curved window shapes soften the overall look inside.

Accommodation

Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests across five cabins, all located on the lower deck.

The full-beam master sits amidships where movement is lowest, and it includes two separate bathrooms, with one fitted with a Jacuzzi bath and the other with a walk-in shower and steam room. This split layout gives more flexibility and privacy within the suite.

Guest accommodation includes three double cabins, one of which is a VIP, along with a twin cabin that adds two Pullman berths, so the layout works for mixed groups or families.

She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M90) 3,750hp engines, motor yacht Incognito is capable of reaching a top speed of 36 knots, and comfortably cruises at 32 knots. With her 20,002 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 599 nautical miles at 34 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
