Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.6m beam and a 2.78m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 2022. This was the third yacht built on the Flexplorer 146/4 design. Launched in June 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Cantiere delle Marche's Cantiere delle Marche yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.

Exterior Design

Nasiba is a 44.33m explorer yacht built by Cantiere delle Marche, designed to deliver ocean-crossing capability and adventure. Her distinctive exterior lines, drawn by Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec, set a strong and purposeful tone, with a low-resistance underbody and a bulbous bow engineered to enhance comfort in heavy seas and boost efficiency on long passages. The yacht’s robust styling gives a nod to practicality, yet there’s an understated elegance running through her silhouette. Volume has been maximised while keeping Nasiba just under the 500 GT threshold, balancing spaciousness and compliant design.

The Flexplorer 146 platform is known for its flexibility, and Nasiba’s deck layout builds on this reputation. There are three main decks plus a sun deck, each offering a sense of openness and plenty of space to gather or relax. A grand aft deck on the main level is designed for versatility - this is where the yacht’s large tender is stored during passage, but it quickly transforms into an expansive lounging and social zone when at anchor, complete with sun beds and a choice of amenities. A standout feature here is the use of a carbon fibre A-frame crane with multiple lifting points, which makes easy work of handling tenders and toys, while keeping the stern deck uncluttered for guest enjoyment.

On board Nasiba, sustainable materials are elevated to an art form.

Interior Design

Stepping inside Nasiba reveals an interior defined by natural materials, wellness-led design, and an earthy, calm aesthetic. Winch Design has curated every element to create a clean-living environment, working with EcoNest and a Sustainable Materials Specialist to ensure each material meets global health and sustainability standards. Low-VOC finishes, minimal EMF, and natural surfaces run throughout.

The overall mood is soft and organic, favouring earthy hues, tactile textures, and matte finishes that invite slow, mindful living. Wooden surfaces are left natural, highlighting their unique grains and knots, while the flooring, supplied by Mafi, features a 3D wave texture intended to feel like walking barefoot on sand, subtly massaging your feet with each step. All carpets are hand-loomed from 100% wool in Sardinia and dyed with natural pigments, contributing warmth and rich texture.

The main salon is both inviting and thought-provoking. Here, an educational feature wall crafted from crushed eggshells mimics sand and serves as a display for travel mementos. This same sustainable eggshell material appears in faux coral installations elsewhere, reflecting a creative approach to natural waste. The dining area stands out for its table and chairs, made from 350-year-old reclaimed timber, and handwoven rush grass side tables that bring a tactile, artisanal quality to the space.

A family classroom and playroom is found on the main deck, centered around a sculptural “tree of life” made from fallen trees, designed to hold family treasures from adventures. The space also includes a world map made from renewable cork, a nod to low-impact materials.

Lighting throughout Nasiba is tailored for wellbeing, with soft, ambient sources supporting natural circadian rhythms. Root-grown light fixtures and sericyne silk lamp shades add a refined, organic touch, pairing traditional craft with innovative bio-materials.

Elsewhere, the yacht’s interior highlights a living wall of preserved moss at the main staircase, which becomes a natural focal point. The stairwell design draws inspiration from biomimicry, featuring a sculptural elder tree root and clay plaster walls made with traditional, non-toxic techniques.

The galley is located on the main deck, positioned conveniently next to the dining area for ease of service. Social spaces are arranged on both the main and upper decks, making good use of the yacht’s generous interior volumes. The main salon adopts an asymmetric configuration, with full-beam openness to starboard and a passage to port, bringing in expansive sea views and natural light.

Accommodation

Nasiba accommodates up to ten guests in five spacious cabins, thoughtfully laid out for privacy and comfort. The owner’s suite is forward on the main deck and includes an office, dressing area, and a generous ensuite bathroom. Attention to detail in the owner’s cabin extends to a custom headboard woven from natural rope using traditional techniques and wardrobe interiors lined with pressed hay and flowers from alpine meadows. Surfaces in these spaces remain free from harmful additives or solvents, helping preserve biodiversity and honouring sustainable agricultural traditions. An infra-red sauna adjacent to the suite supports health and relaxation, rounding off a space truly focused on wellbeing.

On the lower deck, four additional guest cabins provide comfortable accommodation, each finished to the same high standard with organic materials and serene, earthy tones. Details such as the use of natural wool carpets and soft ambient lighting help foster a restful environment.

She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 1,000hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Nasiba is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 65,110 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

With her dynamic aft deck, Nasiba makes outdoor living central to the adventure.
