Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 7.75m beam and a 1.96m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 284 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in July 2014 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Exterior Design

Safe Haven is a 37.5m (123ft) Admiral Impero 37 RPH, and her exterior has the sort of profile that feels sharp without trying too hard. Luca Dini drew a low, clean superstructure over an aluminium hull, while the bronze-gold hull colour sets her apart at once from the usual field of white yachts. That metallic finish sits under a white superstructure and dark glazing, so the whole yacht has a warm, modern look with a strong horizontal flow from bow to stern.

Her raised pilothouse layout gives the yacht a clear sense of structure, and it also frees up the bridge deck as the main outdoor social space. Up here, the deck is arranged like an open-air lounge with a rectangular Jacuzzi for eight surrounded by sunpads, an island bar with swivel stools, a barbecue to starboard, and a shaded dining area beneath the hardtop. A retractable awning extends the usable shade, so this deck works well for long lunches, drinks in the evening, and lazy afternoons at anchor.

The main deck aft is more formal in tone, with a dining table for 10, bench seating aft, and clear sightlines over the stern. Twin staircases drop to the lower beach club level, while broad side decks lead forward to a foredeck lounge built into the bow. Here, recessed seating and sunpads create a second outdoor retreat, and this area can also convert into an outdoor cinema at night, which gives the bow a very different role after dark.

At water level, Safe Haven has one of her strongest exterior features. The transom opens to create a beach club with a transformer-style platform and direct sea access, while the lower deck aft area adds a sauna, shower, bar, and space to sit close to the water. The tender garage sits forward of this zone, accessed through a hydraulic side shell door, and the whole lower aft section is designed to work as a proper waterside base, not just a storage space with a few cushions added after the fact.

Interior Design

Inside, Safe Haven has a modern, lightly structured interior by Gian Mario in collaboration with Admiral, with walnut joinery, soft neutral finishes, and a lot of glass. The main saloon has full-height windows on both sides, so natural light does much of the work, while the colour palette stays deliberately restrained and lets the sea views carry the space.

The saloon itself is arranged with a lounge aft and formal dining forward. A white leather L-shaped sofa anchors the seating area, while a quartz-topped bar links the lounge to the dining section and gives the room a stronger social centre. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and wide glazing keep the interior visually open, and the effect is bright, airy, and easy to live with.

A glass-enclosed stairwell is one of the more distinctive details on board. The steps are leather-covered and lit, so the staircase becomes a design feature in its own right instead of something tucked away for function alone. Forward of the saloon, the dining area seats 10 and sits under more full-height glazing, so even the more formal part of the main deck keeps that same sense of openness.

The galley is positioned to port on the main deck and laid out in a practical U-shape, with Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking appliances, Miele equipment, and a separate pantry and stew-prep area in the passageway. That arrangement keeps service efficient, while still placing the galley close enough to the guest areas for easy day-to-day use.

Accommodation

Safe Haven accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins, and the layout has real flexibility for mixed groups and family use. The main-deck owner’s suite sits forward and makes full use of the yacht’s beam, so it has the stature expected from the principal cabin on a yacht of this size. It is paired with a substantial en suite and sits apart from the lower deck guest area, which helps with privacy.

The lower deck holds the rest of the guest accommodation. A full-beam VIP aft gives the yacht a second cabin with genuine presence, and a second full-beam VIP forward adds another unusually strong guest option. Between them sit two more cabins, one double and one convertible twin with a Pullman, so the overall layout can adapt to couples, children, and charter groups without feeling compromised.

Each guest cabin has its own en suite bathroom, and the finish follows the same clean, polished look found in the main interior. The result is a guest arrangement that feels generous across the board, especially because the two full-beam VIP cabins give Safe Haven a stronger lower-deck cabin plan than many yachts in this size range.

Crew accommodation is arranged separately for up to seven, with three crew cabins, a crew mess, laundry facilities, and a captain’s cabin. Access routes from the galley and pilothouse support smooth service flow, so the yacht’s working areas are set up properly for charter or private use with a full team on board.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 ACERT) 12-cylinder 1,200hp engines, motor yacht Safe Haven is capable of reaching a top speed of 28 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 34,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,530 nautical miles at 16 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Amenities

Rest and relaxation can be achieved on board, thanks to a luxury spa and sauna. Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down. Safe Haven also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
