Delivered in 2015, Stella del Nord is a 85'11" expedition yacht built by Italian shipyard Cantiere delle Marche. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by HydroTec, while PFA Design has designed her interiors.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 24'5" beam and a 7'7" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 199 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fourth yacht built on the Darwin 86 design. Launched in June 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Cantiere delle Marche's Cantiere delle Marche yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2015.

Accommodation

Stella del Nord offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-12) 770hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Stella del Nord is capable of reaching a top speed of 11 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 11,254 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 6,200 nautical miles at 9 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads.
