Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.8m beam and a 1.3m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 147 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in December 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
The 30.5m (100ft) AB 100 Ass VI is defined by speed, built from composite materials and designed around waterjet propulsion, with sharp angular styling and a low, aggressive stance. Large black glazing contrasts against the white hull and superstructure, creating a striking visual signature that runs almost uninterrupted from bow to stern.
The bow is long, slender and sharply raked, while the superstructure sits low over the hull to emphasise the yacht's aerodynamic shape. Extensive glazing dominates the profile, reducing visual bulk and strengthening the connection between the interior and the surrounding seascape.
A spacious flybridge adds another outdoor living area without disrupting the yacht's sleek lines. At the stern, a dedicated beach area creates direct access to the water, extending the usable deck space and encouraging a closer connection with the sea. The overall design prioritises open views, fluid movement between indoor and outdoor areas, and a lightweight appearance despite the yacht's substantial performance capabilities.
Interior Design
The interiors were developed by AB Yachts in collaboration with Studio Archea and tailored to the owner's requirements. The design centres on openness, natural light and uninterrupted views, with extensive glazing throughout the main deck creating a bright and contemporary atmosphere.
The main saloon is arranged as an open-plan living space where large windows blur the boundary between interior and exterior areas. Light-toned furnishings, dark architectural detailing and integrated lighting create a modern, minimalist aesthetic, while the broad beam and floor-to-ceiling glazing give the space a strong sense of volume.
AB Yachts places significant emphasis on comfort at speed. The waterjet propulsion system contributes to quieter interiors with reduced vibration, allowing the yacht to maintain a refined onboard environment even when travelling at high speeds.
Accommodation
Ass VI offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Motor yacht Ass VI is capable of reaching a top speed of 60 knots, and comfortably cruises at 45 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
