Delivered in 2012, Ipanemas is a 45m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Tecnomar. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of LUCA DINI Design & Architecture, while Tecnomar is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.3m beam and a 2.6m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 449 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fourth yacht built on the Nadara 43 Trideck design. Launched in April 2012 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2012.
Exterior Design
The 44.5m (145ft 11in) motor yacht Ipanemas combines striking design with a focus on practicality and comfort. Her navy-blue hull contrasts cleanly with the bright white of her superstructure, giving the yacht a confident, modern profile. Built entirely in composite, her planing hull and GRP superstructure express the contemporary character of the Tecnomar Nadara 45 line.
The sundeck brings together a spa pool, a full dining area, and generous zones for both lounging and sunbathing. An electronic canopy can extend to provide shade, making the deck adaptable throughout the day. Forward on this level is a hydromassage tub surrounded by wide sun pads, while aft there is another open area finished in teak, furnished with modular loungers and an inviting teak-clad bar.
Below, the upper deck and main deck each include alfresco dining areas with built-in tables and sofas. Both spaces are fitted with retractable television screens for relaxed evening entertainment. The forward section of the technical deck houses garages for two waverunners, a main tender of 5.05m (16ft 6in), and a service tender of 4.3m (14ft 2in).
The sundeck balustrades are a showcase of the yard’s craftsmanship, with teak pieces joined so precisely they appear as one continuous section. Even the custom-made scuppers and bollards reflect the Tecnomar logo. The yacht’s acoustic insulation is exceptional, allowing guests to enjoy the open decks in remarkable quiet, even at speed.
Interior Design
The interior of Ipanemas is by Admiral Tecnomar Group’s in-house Centro Stile design team, and it follows a bright, modern style that combines generous natural light with a carefully planned lighting system for the evenings.
The main saloon is laid out for both comfort and versatility. Four large sofas upholstered in light mélange fabric form a welcoming lounge area, complemented by linen pouffes and cabinetry concealing two retractable TV screens. The dining space is anchored by a monumental table with a polished steel base and a bronzed glass top, one of several bespoke pieces made by Tecnomar itself. Parquet flooring runs throughout, with alternating walnut and limestone inserts that echo the natural textures seen on deck.
Surfaces and furniture blend black walnut with white leather-clad ceiling panels, while walls are finished in neutral fabrics to create a light, open atmosphere. The spiral staircase that connects the yacht’s three interior decks is another highlight. Each step is clad innatural limestone, arranged around a central steel column with a polished handrail, and enclosed by a cylindrical wall covered in fabric.
Accommodation
Ipanemas accommodates up to 14 guests in six cabins, each finished to the same modern standard as the main living areas. The full-beam master suite sits forward on the main deck and includes a private office, a gym, a spacious bathroom, and a dressing area. Large windows fill the space with natural light while maintaining privacy.
The lower deck is arranged around a central corridor serving one VIP stateroom, two double cabins, and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth. Every stateroom has an ensuite bathroom and independent climate control.
Accommodation is provided for up to nine crew across four cabins and a captain’s cabin near the bridge.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M93) 4,184hp engines, motor yacht Ipanemas is capable of reaching a top speed of 30 knots, and comfortably cruises at 21 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Ipanemas also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
