Design & Construction

Designed around a fast displacement GRP hull and a carbon fibre superstructure she features a 8.57m beam and a 2.35m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 399 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in September 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Exterior Design

The fifth unit of the Custom Line 140’ Lady Dia boasts sleek, athletic lines and contemporary styling, echoing the sporty character of the brand’s fastest series. Its profile is defined by taut lines sweeping from bow to stern in a striking interplay of materials and tones - dark plate glass panels set against pale, structural surfaces create a bold contrast. A standout feature is the aluminium handrail with Y-shaped uprights - both sculptural and practical.

The hull windows are oversized for generous light intake, while the main deck’s floor-to-ceiling glazing brings the outside in, visually extending each space and offering close contact with the sea. Built using composite material and carbon fibre across the hull, superstructure, and the sun deck hardtop, the yacht maintains a low weight and shallow draft, making it well-suited for cruising shallow waters such as the Caribbean.

Across four decks, there are over 200 m² of outdoor space and more than 300 m² inside, arranged with social flow in mind. The design keeps crew and guest movement discreetly separate thanks to dedicated walkways and staircases.

At the stern, a vast beach club area serves as a private waterside retreat. An electro-hydraulic platform transforms the space into a sea-level terrace, linking seamlessly with the interior. This area can be outfitted with free-standing furniture and includes a solarium, offering flexibility as a lounge space with structural and integrated service elements that allow guests to move freely across the deck.

On the upper deck, two distinct outdoor spaces are split between a bow lounge and an aft cockpit. Forward is a relaxed living and sunbathing area, directly connected by side walkways to the aft dining space, which seats 10 and spans over 42 m². These areas flow into the adjacent skylounge for a seamless indoor-outdoor atmosphere.

The sundeck stands out for its sheer scale - over 70 m² divided into three flexible zones with full panoramic views. Aft is a sunbathing area with a hydromassage tub and loungers, while amidships houses a large lounge with deep sofas arranged for relaxed socialising. Forward sits an American-style bar with a structural counter. A carbon fibre hardtop offers shelter, and access is split between a recessed crew staircase and an aft stairway for guests.

A forward garage on the upper deck holds a tender or rescue boat, while a dedicated garage aft accommodates a Williams SportJet 525 and a jet ski, with an easy-launch system thanks to the adjustable sled mechanism.

A standout feature of Lady Dia is its effortless balance of volume and flow.

Interior Design

The interior of Lady Dia is designed with a refined, architectural approach that draws from contemporary residential style. Rich textures and tailored finishes reflect the owner’s preferences through the Custom Line Atelier’s highly personalised process. The result is a considered and elegant space where subtle contrasts enhance both visual and tactile qualities.

Throughout the interiors, high-end materials such as Invisible Grey marble, polished Azul Cielo, and Blue marble in the bathrooms echo the sea’s hues and energy. Natural teak, soft leather, and eco-leather finishes are set in a muted palette of grey and butter tones, lifted by petrol and sapphire blue accents on headboards and loose elements. Furniture frames pick up automotive-inspired metallic detailing.

A defining feature is the Northern Lights fabric used on bed headboards - a unique textile combining matte and lustrous finishes - paired with metal mesh detailing on wardrobes and sliding doors for a sport-luxe aesthetic.

On the main deck, the layout fuses interior and exterior through a full-height glass door with sliding and hinged mechanisms that connect the 30 m² outdoor lounge to the 45 m² saloon. The main saloon features dining and seating areas arranged in a formal yet flowing space, with ivory-toned leather, dark oak parquet flooring, and diamond-cut leather details on the ceiling and furniture. Ceiling heights of 2.10 metres and four expansive hull-side windows - one of which opens on the starboard side - bring in natural light and views of the sea.

The central lobby staircase is a sculptural focal point, lit by Murano glass pendant lights, linking the main, lower and upper decks. The dining area aft has a 10-person table, while the galley amidships is a professional-grade stainless steel kitchen with ample storage.

Crew movement and service flow are streamlined by discreet internal staircases and a service lift, running between all decks from the galley to the sun deck. Crew-only circulation routes preserve guest privacy.

On the upper deck, the skylounge covers over 25 m², adjacent to the aft cockpit. It features full-height sliding doors with a hinge-open mechanism, plus side windows that open, creating a light-filled interior with sweeping 180-degree views and a strong connection to the sea.

The raised helm station is equipped with the I-Bridge® Integrated Bridge Solution. The system is ergonomic, intuitive, and centred around four 24-inch touchscreen displays (or optional 27-inch screens). The “Multicontrol system” unifies all functions into a single smart interface, developed in partnership with expert captains and electronics engineers.

Accommodation

Accommodation aboard Lady Dia is arranged to sleep up to 10 guests across five cabins, with additional space for up to 7 crew in four cabins.

Forward on the main deck is the owner’s full-beam suite, a 44 m² space that balances openness with intimacy. Entry is through a dual walk-in wardrobe that leads into the sleeping quarters, where a centrally placed bed sits against a backdrop of ribbed light wood and mirrored surfaces. Full-height windows provide uninterrupted views, and an optional drop-down balcony on the starboard side offers a private over-water terrace operated by a hydraulic floor platform.

The owner’s en-suite includes a large shower and a signature freestanding tub in a clean, modern style, forming a private wellness retreat.

On the lower deck are three VIP double cabins and one twin cabin, all with en-suite bathrooms. Materials and tones match the main deck, with a focus on warm greys and taupes for a residential feel. Sand-flamed oak walls, suede-upholstered ceilings, and bespoke furniture carry through, with storage units made from glass and inner metal mesh for a layered, textural finish.

The crew quarters are forward on the lower deck and include three double cabins, each with its own bathroom, accommodating six crew. The captain’s cabin is located beside the bridge on the upper deck and includes an en-suite as well.

In total, the Custom Line 140’ accommodates 10 guests in 5 staterooms, with 7 crew members across 4 crew cabins.
