The 31.08m motor yacht Stile Di Vita was delivered to her owners in 2023 by Italian shipyard Riva. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Officina Italiana Design, while Riva is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.7m beam and a 1.99m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 171 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Stile Di Vita is a striking tri-deck yacht that showcases Riva’s signature Italian styling with a clean silver-grey superstructure and bold black carbon accents. Designed by Officina Italiana Design under Mauro Micheli, the yacht measures 30 meters (98.4 feet) and offers 100 square meters (1,077 square feet) of open-air living space across her decks. Her hull is sleek and streamlined, with an extensive use of glazing that floods the interior with natural light and provides wide, uninterrupted views of the sea.
The bow area features a raised sunpad for lounging, paired with a forward-facing C-shaped sofa that maximizes the use of the foredeck as both a guest relaxation zone and an operational area. The slender, sculpted deck lines flow aft to the expansive upper deck, where a dynamic radar mast in black carbon creates a visual focal point while providing partial shade to the open guest areas beneath. This upper deck is thoughtfully arranged with sun loungers and sofas aft, a fully equipped bar and kitchen opposite the dining area, and the secondary helm station forward to starboard, with guest seating to port. A starboard-side staircase provides access to the lower deck.
The transom layout is both stylish and functional, featuring twin staircases that lead down to a bathing platform and a versatile seating area at the stern. Beneath the aft sunpads, a garage stores a Williams Jet Rib and a collection of water toys, all concealed from view to maintain the yacht’s sleek profile. The open-air lounge at water level is a standout feature, offering a relaxed space right by the sea. The flybridge is arranged for socialising, with a bar, seating area, and sunbeds, while the foredeck provides additional sunpads and a cozy seating nook with a coffee table.
Enhanced sound insulation and underwater lights round out the technical touches that support a comfortable onboard lifestyle, while the yacht’s sleek hull design ensures strong performance on the water. Stile Di Vita can reach a top speed of 28 knots and benefits from both fin and gyroscopic stabilisers for a smoother ride whether underway or at anchor.
Interior Design
Stile Di Vita’s interior is a contemporary, sophisticated space, where a restrained palette of materials and colors enhances the sense of calm. The design, crafted by Officina Italiana Design, layers chrome metal accents with matt Canaletto walnut joinery, black-and-white leather panels, and black back-lacquered glass to create a clean, luxurious atmosphere throughout.
On the main deck, the salon layout is an interesting departure from convention, placing the dining area aft and the lounge forward. This configuration creates a more intimate feel in the lounge, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light. The dining area is slightly raised, helping to visually divide it from the lounge, and is furnished with a combination of bench seating and freestanding dining chairs, complemented by chrome finishes, a ribbed neutral carpet, and dark grey poufs.
The lounge itself features a large L-shaped grey sofa adorned with black and white accent cushions, paired with pewter and black occasional tables. The helm station forward is minimal and stylish, with a single black leather captain’s chair and an L-shaped companion sofa on a raised platform to port. Light from the overhead skylight creates a striking contrast against the black ceiling, while mid-tone wood cabinetry adds warmth and texture.
Cabins continue the sleek design language with paneled headboards, textured carpets, and smart use of chrome trim on wood cabinetry. Throughout, the aesthetic is modern yet inviting, balancing practicality with style to create a refined onboard environment.
Accommodation
Stile Di Vita accommodates up to 10 guests across five elegant cabins. The main deck is home to the full-beam master suite, accessed through a dressing area with generous storage. Inside, the master features a large double bed, a dressing table, a relaxation sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The lower deck houses four additional guest cabins: two aft VIP suites with inboard-facing double beds, a forward double cabin, and a twin cabin. Each has its own ensuite, providing comfort and privacy for all guests onboard.
Crew quarters are smartly arranged forward of the galley and bridge, ensuring seamless service without intruding on guest spaces. These include three cabins accommodating up to five crew members.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M93) 2,435hp engines, motor yacht Stile Di Vita is capable of reaching a top speed of 27 knots, and comfortably cruises at 24 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
