Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 24'1" beam and a 7'10" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 167 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Suncoco is a Dutch-built canoe stern motor yacht, constructed by Lowland in 1992 with generous volume across her decks. Her classic lines and rounded stern are balanced by a wide 7.2m (23.7ft) beam, creating substantial space for open-air living.
The aft deck provides a welcoming dining area with seating for six, well-suited to informal breakfasts or relaxed dinners at anchor. Up top, the boat deck serves as a spacious multi-use area with direct access from the main deck via a port-side staircase. Aft of the sky lounge, there’s a shaded outdoor dining table for eight, offering a sheltered spot to gather while still enjoying the open air.
Forward of the bridge, guests will find a Portuguese bridge - a classic feature that adds both charm and functionality, especially when moving around underway. The foredeck itself is laid out with practical use in mind, offering a bench-style settee with deck lockers below and stainless steel holders for the fenders. A flush hatch leads down to the forepeak, where there’s ample storage for equipment, lines, and anchor chain - thoughtfully kept in protective boxes to avoid contact with the hull.
At the top of the yacht, the sundeck is all about relaxed lounging and panoramic views. It features a cushioned sunbed large enough for two to three guests and a Jacuzzi sized for two - an inviting setup for soaking in the surroundings in complete comfort.
Interior Design
Inside, Suncoco offers a warm and traditionally styled interior, with panelled walls and an elegant, homely atmosphere throughout. The main deck houses the principal living areas, starting with a generously proportioned saloon and formal dining space. The dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is positioned to enjoy natural light while maintaining a sense of intimacy. Adjacent to this is a well-equipped galley and a mess room for casual crew or guest use, supporting both formal and relaxed onboard lifestyles.
Up on the upper deck, just behind the wheelhouse, the sky lounge provides a quiet retreat away from the main social spaces. It’s a peaceful spot for reading, watching the horizon, or simply unwinding in a more private setting, conveniently located close to the bridge for those interested in navigation or spending time with the captain.
Accommodation
Suncoco accommodates up to eight guests across four well-appointed staterooms on the lower deck. The layout includes a full-beam master suite, providing ample space and comfort for the principal guests. A generous VIP cabin follows, and is complemented by one further double and one twin cabin, all finished in a similarly classic style and designed with guest privacy in mind.
For the crew, there's space for up to five crew members across two cabins.
