The bare hull was recently seen departing the Scheepswerf Slob facility in Papendrecht, marking the first public glimpse of the highly confidential build. From there, the yacht will continue construction at Feadship’s Koninklijke De Vries yard in Aalsmeer, where the next stages of outfitting will take place.
Design and naval architecture details remain undisclosed, though the yacht is expected to be delivered in 2028.
First Public Glimpse of Project 719
The movement of the hull from Slob represents a key milestone in the construction of Project 719. Feadship regularly builds hulls at the Papendrecht facility before transferring them to one of its main yards for the intricate process of outfitting, engineering installation, and interior completion.
Captured in newly released images, the yacht's transfer provides the first clear look at the proportions and overall profile. Though still at an early stage, the scale of the vessel is already apparent.
Project 719 is expected to reach an interior volume of roughly 1,500 gross tons. Built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the yacht follows the construction approach commonly used on large displacement Feadship builds.
Early Clues from the Exterior
Even with limited official information available, the first photographs reveal several details about the yacht’s exterior configuration. Project 719 carries a sleek, elongated profile anchored by a prominent plumb bow and expansive aft deck areas.
Multiple outdoor decks appear to stretch across the motor yacht’s stern, suggesting generous social and leisure spaces once construction is complete. The upper aft deck also appears to incorporate a helipad, indicating that the yacht may be equipped to support helicopter operations.
Higher up, a Jacuzzi can be seen positioned forward on the sundeck, while the foredeck includes a dedicated lounge area overlooking the bow. One of the most striking features visible in the early images is the extensive glazing running along the superstructure. The large window sections suggest an interior designed to capture sweeping sea views and maximize natural light throughout the main living areas.
Interior Details Remain Closely Guarded
As with many new Feadship builds, details surrounding the yacht’s interior remain closely guarded during construction. No designers or layout plans have been publicly confirmed, and the owner behind the project has not been identified.
Still, the extensive glazing visible along the yacht’s profile points toward a contemporary interior arrangement where daylight and panoramic views play a central role. Such features have become a defining element of many modern Feadship projects in the 70m-plus range.
More information about the yacht’s interior design, amenities, and final configuration will likely emerge as construction progresses toward completion.
Part of a Busy Feadship Build Program
According to YachtBuyer MarketWatch, the world's largest yacht database in the world, Feadship currently has 18 yachts either in build or on order.
Among the most prominent is the 101.2m Project 1014, one of the largest yachts currently under construction anywhere in the world. With an estimated volume of around 3,840GT, the yacht is expected to enter the YB100 rankings upon delivery in 2026. The project was first seen leaving the Slob yard in Papendrecht in late 2024 before moving to Makkum for outfitting.
Elsewhere, the 88m Feadship 828 is also advancing toward a planned 2026 delivery. Designed by Studio De Voogt with naval architecture by the same team, the yacht features a striking vertical bow and a large 16.7m swimming pool on the main deck. Also progressing toward completion is the 80m Thalassa, a sleek design by Malcolm McKeon with interiors by M2 Atelier. Scheduled for delivery in 2026, the yacht is distinguished by an unusually long foredeck and a dramatic glass-bottom pool that illuminates the expansive beach club below.
With Feadship 719 now entering the outfitting stage in Aalsmeer, the project will continue to take shape behind closed doors ahead of her anticipated 2028 delivery.
