The 38 VTR is built in the United States by Cruisers Yachts with a award winning in-house design team. She is the standard version in the 38 VTR series. The 12.8m/42' centre console boat built from GRP can sleep up to four guests its cabin. Currently, available with a range of outboard engine options.

First announced to the press in 2025 she went into development later the same year. She was unveiled to the general public at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) where she made her World Debut.
