Delivered in 2005, Awesome II is a 129'9" open yacht built by Italian shipyard Mangusta. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Stefano Righini, while Mangusta is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 25'6" beam and a 4'5" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 265 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2004. This was the fourth yacht built on the Mangusta 130 design. She was delivered to her owners in June 2005.
Accommodation
Awesome II offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V4000M90) 3,642hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Awesome II is capable of reaching a top speed of 37 knots, and comfortably cruises at 28 knots. With her 6,340 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 599 nautical miles. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
