Beachouse is a 40m open yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Mangusta in 2009. Her naval architecture and interior design comes from the drawing boards of Mangusta, while Stefano Righini is responsible for her exterior design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.82m beam and a 1.6m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 291 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifteenth yacht built on the Mangusta 130 design.
Accommodation
Beachouse offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M93L) 4,677hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Beachouse is capable of reaching a top speed of 30 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 24,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 450 nautical miles at 20 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht and an inviting spread of sunpads.
