Delivered in 2006, Capella is a 35.46m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Azimut. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Stefano Righini, while Carlo Galeazzi is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.32m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 251 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the thirteenth yacht built on the Grande 116 design.

Accommodation

Capella offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M91) 16-cylinder 2,434hp engines, motor yacht Capella is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.

Amenities

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
