Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 15.2m beam and a 4.3m draft. The yacht has an estimated internal volume of 3,840 GT (Gross Tonnes), meaning she is set to enter the YB100  becoming one of the world's biggest yachts. Her estimated length of 101.2m (332ft) means she will also enter the Top 100 longest yachts.

Exterior Design

Destiny is a 101.2m (332ft) Feadship superyacht whose profile is long and controlled, with smooth, uninterrupted lines that run from bow to stern, so the yacht carries a very calm and deliberate presence on the water.

The deep navy hull contrasts with a tall white superstructure, and that colour split sharpens the overall silhouette while also keeping the proportions clear across such a large volume. Subtle brass detailing runs through the exterior, and it adds warmth against the darker hull tones, while also picking up light as the yacht moves.

The hull windows are large and sculpted, cut deep into the hull sides, and they break up the surface without interrupting the flow of the lines. The bow is broad and traditional in form, which suits the scale, while the decks above step back in soft tiers with long overhangs that give shade and depth to the exterior spaces.

The aft deck centres around a large glass-bottomed pool, positioned to feed light down into the beach club below. That lower level opens out with multiple fold-down balconies, so the stern becomes a wide, open platform at the water’s edge. Forward, the foredeck carries a helipad, while the uppermost level adds a forward-facing jacuzzi alongside an enclosed lounge framed by curved glazing.

Interior Design

The interior of Destiny comes from a collaboration between RWD and Chahan Interior Design, and the direction follows the exterior in terms of light, flow and connection to the surroundings. Large windows run across each deck, so natural light reaches deep into the interior spaces, and the curved glazing seen outside continues inside to soften the structure.

The upper deck includes an enclosed lounge with forward-facing views, set beneath the jacuzzi area, and this space benefits from those curved windows, which open the sightlines forward. Across the yacht, the layout is expected to spread guest areas over multiple decks, with separate lounges and social spaces that allow for different uses at the same time.

The main saloon and other living areas are arranged to take advantage of the yacht’s width and volume, so circulation and sightlines feel open rather than segmented. The glass-bottomed pool above the beach club also plays a role inside, as it draws filtered light down into the lower deck wellness and leisure areas.
