Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 11.8m beam and a 3.3m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,450 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in January 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2025.
Exterior Design
Amor à Vida is a full custom steel and aluminum displacement superyacht measuring 67.55m (221.6ft) with an 11.80m (38.7ft) beam and approximately 1,450 GT internal volume, arranged across six decks. Her profile blends crisp architectural lines with sweeping glass so the upper levels appear to float, an effect achieved by expansive dark glazing and the omission of large white fashion plates. The result is a poised stance with strong on water presence and a confident look.
A vast main aft deck is centered on a swimming pool whose glass bottom dapples the beach club below. Sunpads and relaxed seating flank the pool, while wide steps lead straight down to the bathing platform. The transom door folds down to sit flush with the platform so there is no overhang, and a dedicated run of swim steps aligns with the starboard stair to the main deck for quick water access. On the lower deck the beach club doubles as a wellness hub, combining a gym with a recessed sole to maximise headroom, a sauna, a steam room and a lounge. Two opening terraces extend life at the waterline, with a port side massage and treatment room and a second terrace serving the gym.
Moving up, the owner’s deck is set up for long, unhurried days. Twin fire pits nest within an oval aft cockpit, there is a large dual gas and electric barbecue in a port bar and a custom outdoor dining table by CRN that extends to seat up to 18 guests. Exterior loose furniture is by Neal Jones and Siebensee. An informal aft saloon inside, with twin fore and aft sofas and a large TV, acts as a family hub between deck and suite.
Forward, the foredeck functions as the owner’s private terrace with direct access from the suite. It offers built in seating, a dining table and a wide expanse for free standing loungers. Side deck privacy lighting can signal a discreet do not disturb. The area has been engineered as an occasional helipad, although the owner does not intend to use it as such.
On the bridge deck, there's a spa pool sits aft with open views, a dining bar features an outdoor teppanyaki grill and a giant pizza oven. From here, stairs rise to a crow’s nest ahead of the mast, arranged as a private sun deck with a broad sunpad and three forward facing chairs overlooking the bow. Removable awnings add shade, and a screen can be hung between the forward poles to create an outdoor cinema.
A custom crew and SOLAS tender is fitted with a ski pole and a hinged console that still clears the garage doors without folding. The formal guest transfer tender by IC Yacht echoes the mothership’s lines, has a Bugatti inspired interior and reaches a top speed in the mid 30 knot range.
Interior Design
The interior plan spans six decks and favours adaptable, informal living. On the main deck the traditional saloon gives way to dining aft with a port bar and a starboard table crafted by Based Upon, set beside additional opening glass doors to the side. A smaller round table marks the gentle transition forward to a single, wide sofa facing a wall mounted cinema screen for film nights or live sport. Large opening side windows heighten the connection to the aft deck.
Sycamore frisée is the principal timber, cut to reveal a three dimensional figure that adds depth. Teak flooring on the main deck continues the exterior language inside. Flush thresholds for the aft and starboard sliding doors are achieved with gratings and concealed drainage rather than raised lips, so movement between deck and interior is easy. Brass highlights, rounded carpentry and pieces from leading Italian designers sit alongside custom built furniture. Deckheads are upholstered in suede. Bathrooms use natural looking stones including onyx, travertine and Taj Mahal quartzite, each laid to a considered book match or pattern. Colours are light and relaxed, with accents in sea shades of azure and blue. The central guest stair and elevator column run in alternating stripes of sycamore and suede, so each dayhead is given its own distinct treatment for character and contrast. The main deck dayhead features a freestanding backlit onyx column sink, while the bridge deck dayhead takes on a sportier feel.
The private owner’s deck has an aft family saloon carries through the relaxed tone with paired sofas and a large TV. Forward, the owner’s office faces opening glass doors, followed by a near full beam walk in wardrobe and dressing room. The sleeping space sits against wraparound vista windows with a stargazing skylight overhead. To port, the en suite has a freestanding bath beside large outboard glazing, with his and hers heads and a separate shower. A starboard side doorway leads directly to the foredeck terrace.
Catering is designed around casual, frequent outdoor meals. There is no dumb waiter by choice. Instead, each deck has its own prep station for the exterior cooking and dining areas, and a guest pantry was added on the bridge deck alongside the crew pantry so family and friends can help themselves to drinks and snacks. Additional wine coolers support a 300 bottle wine cellar.
At the helm, an I-Bridge by TEAM Italia with touchscreen control sits beneath a leather clad artwork spanning the aft bulkhead and much of the deckhead. It's a 12 panel print on leather of the Americas from an original world map by Robert Morden and William Berry circa 1690, aligned with care across the ceiling steps. Navigation fit includes Wärtsilä radar and ECDIS. Behind the scenes, extensive soundproofing, insulation and vibration damping deliver an exceptionally quiet ride that exceeds even CRN’s typical comfort benchmarks.
