Design & Construction
Noroader provides accommodation for up to ten guests in five cabins. The main deck is home to the owner’s stateroom, reached via a starboard corridor that passes the dayhead before opening into the suite. A few steps lead down into the en-suite bathroom, which has the feel of a private spa thanks to its change in level and high-quality finishes. On the lower deck there are four additional guest cabins, arranged as two VIP doubles and two twins that can convert to doubles when needed. Each twin also carries a Pullman berth, giving extra flexibility for groups or families. Every cabin is finished to a consistent standard, with en-suite bathrooms and careful attention to lighting and storage.
Crew are accommodated in three cabins designed for a complement of five. Their quarters are directly connected to the galley and raised pilothouse, with a proper crew mess that allows them to work and relax separately from guest spaces.
Exterior Design
Noroader is a Sunseeker 116 measuring 35.2m (115.5ft) in length with a beam of 7.33m (24.1ft) and a draft of 2.44m (8.0ft). At 245GT, she offers a solid balance of volume and performance. The hull and superstructure show the shipyard’s trademark sharp, modern lines, with bold hull glazing that brings light inside while giving the exterior a purposeful look. Finished in a clean white, her profile feels athletic, with long side decks and a raised pilothouse that steps neatly into the upper structure.
The aft deck is arranged as a welcoming space for dining and lounging, fitted with a large table and cushioned seating where guests can gather close to the water. Moving forward, the foredeck is a standout area designed for day-to-day living outdoors. A Jacuzzi tub takes centre stage, surrounded by broad sunpads and a sociable seating zone with a table. Shade is provided by removable awnings, allowing the area to adapt between sunbathing and long, shaded afternoons.
Above, the flybridge stretches across the full beam and delivers a versatile layout. A fitted bar serves the deck, while open spaces can be arranged with freestanding furniture or left clear for exercise and movement. The elevated views and flow between shaded and open areas give this deck a strong sense of flexibility.
At the stern, a garage opens to house the yacht’s full water toy collection. The inventory includes jet skis, Seabobs, a sport jet tender, paddle boards, wakeboards, wake foils, and inflatable equipment. Once launched, the garage space doubles as a staging area for watersports. On the bow, evenings can be transformed with an open-air cinema, turning the foredeck into a private screening venue under the stars.
Interior Design
The main deck salon runs forward from a white marble-topped bar that frames the space with a crisp, contemporary note. The overall look is modern and plush, but the flow follows a classic, proven layout for practical day-to-day living on board. Seating and dining areas are arranged for easy hosting, while upgraded lighting and refreshed furniture lift the atmosphere across the deck.
A starboard corridor leads past the dayhead and onward to the owner’s domain. Throughout the interior, enhancements focus on comfort and function: improved lighting circuits, additional electrical outlets positioned for everyday use, and expanded cold-storage capacity with more fridges and freezers. Air-conditioning in the owner’s stateroom has been refined for better control and quiet running.
The raised pilothouse sits between the main deck and flybridge levels, giving the captain a commanding view and short routes to the exterior decks. From here, crew have straightforward access to the galley, which is well-proportioned and well-equipped for guest service and longer passages.
Accommodation
Noroader offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
