Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.35m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 136 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was completed at Azimut's Fano yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
Pricci has the calm, upright look that defines the Azimut Magellano 25M series, while Ken Freivokh’s styling keeps the yacht modern rather than traditional. The nearly plumb bow, long horizontal glazing and high freeboard give her the stance of a compact explorer yacht, yet the flowing curves around the superstructure soften the profile nicely.
The raised pilothouse arrangement allows the main deck saloon to sit higher above the water, so the glazing works almost like a penthouse apartment overlooking the sea. Dark window bands stretch across the superstructure and visually lower the profile, while the oval hull windows add character along the hull sides as well as bringing extra light into the guest cabins.
One of the yacht’s most distinctive details is the stern arrangement. The aft deck flows down toward a folding transom section that creates an infinity-style terrace at the water’s edge. Slatted teak louvers flank the aft deck structure and help break up the large glass surfaces, adding warmth and texture to the otherwise clean exterior lines.
The flybridge has been designed as a relaxed outdoor deck rather than an oversized sports bridge. An elegant spiral staircase links the levels, while the automated louvered hardtop allows the space to shift easily between shade and open air. The slim central mast and restrained detailing stop the upper deck from looking top-heavy.
Underneath, the Magellano 25M uses a semi-displacement dual-mode hull developed for efficient cruising across different speeds. The shape draws from classic long-range trawler ideas, although the finish and proportions remain firmly within modern superyacht territory.

Pricci offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
