Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.6m beam and a 2.25m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 280 GT (Gross Tonnes).

She was delivered to her owners in July 2022.

Exterior Design

Sofi VI is a 36.6m (120ft) Sanlorenzo SL120 Asymmetric motor yacht, delivered in 2023 with exterior design by Zuccon International Project. The SL120 Asymmetric platform shifts the side deck to port, so the yacht gains additional interior volume to starboard while keeping a clean, low profile.

The design leans into sharp geometry and long glazing lines. A continuous band of dark glass runs through the superstructure, while angular cut-outs in the topsides break up the mass and give the yacht a more aggressive, fast-moving stance. The bow is fine and slightly flared, and the superstructure steps back in clean layers toward the aft decks.

Outdoor areas are spread across three levels. The foredeck is arranged as a dedicated lounge zone with sunpads and integrated seating, set low into the deck for shelter. The main deck aft focuses on dining and shaded seating, with full-height sliding glass doors connecting directly to the saloon.

Above, the flybridge sits under a hardtop and combines bar seating, loose lounge furniture and sunpads, so it works as a full-day social space. At the stern, the hydraulic swim platform forms the base of a beach club setup, with direct access to the water and space for launching toys. Teak decking runs throughout, and integrated speakers across the aft deck, bow and beach club support outdoor use.

Interior Design

The interior of the Sanlorenzo SL120 Asymmetric Sofi VI blends Sanlorenzo’s architectural layout with a softer, residential finish by Marty Lowe. The asymmetric concept defines the main deck, where the absence of a starboard walkway creates a noticeably wider saloon.

Full-height glazing runs along both sides, and a fold-out terrace to starboard extends the space outward, so the boundary between interior and exterior stays open. The layout is linear and uncluttered. Lounge seating sits low and wide, while the dining area is integrated into the same volume without hard separation.

Material choice is restrained but deliberate. Warm wood flooring and cabinetry set the base tone, paired with neutral fabrics and stone-topped tables. Italian furniture brands such as Poltrona Frau, B&B Italia, Dedon and Roda bring a residential feel, while Viabizzuno lighting keeps the finish clean and consistent across the yacht. Marble is used across all bathrooms and showers, while leather-wrapped cabinet handles and integrated storage keep surfaces clean.

Accommodation

Sofi VI accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins, with a layout centred on a main deck owner’s suite.

The master suite sits forward on the main deck and benefits from full-beam width. Large windows bring in natural light, while the layout includes a central bed, seating area and en suite bathroom finished in marble. Its position keeps it separate from guest cabins and service routes.

On the lower deck, two VIP cabins and two twin cabins complete the guest accommodation. Each cabin has its own en suite bathroom, and large hull windows maintain a strong connection to the outside.

Crew accommodation is for up to seven, arranged to keep service areas separate from guest spaces. This supports both private use and charter operation with minimal crossover.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 16-cylinder 2,637hp engines, motor yacht Sofi VI is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
