Delivered by Pershing in 2007, Soraya is the sixth yacht built on the Pershing 115 design and has since undergone refit work, including a repaint and cosmetic upgrades in 2026. Fulvio de Simoni was responsible for her exterior design and naval architecture, while Winch Design created the interior. Built in GRP with a planing hull, the yacht has an internal volume of 189 GT.

Soraya is powered by twin 3,697hp MTU 16V4000 M90 diesel engines driving waterjets. She reaches a top speed of 34 knots and cruises at 28 knots, with a maximum range of 553 nautical miles and a fuel capacity of 16,500 litres. The yacht features a 1.48m draft and is also equipped with Seakeeper stabilisers for additional comfort at anchor.
Soraya is listed for sale with Mark Woodmansey of Burgess at an asking price of $4,700,000.
