Design & Construction

Designed around a deep vee aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.55m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 398 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fourth yacht built on the Pershing 140 design. Launched in April 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Pershing's Cantiere Riva Super Yacht Yard yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in June 2024.

Exterior Design

Arina is the fourth hull in the Pershing 140 series, a yacht that pushed the brand firmly into the superyacht sector without abandoning the performance-focused character that made Pershing famous. At 42.98m (141ft), she is a genuine superyacht in scale, yet her profile retains the look of a much smaller and faster vessel.

Designed by Fulvio De Simoni in collaboration with the Ferretti Group, the exterior draws heavily from automotive design. The long, aggressive bow, exposed metallic grille and flowing side profile give the yacht a distinctly sporting appearance. Unlike many yachts of this size, which prioritise sheer volume, the Pershing 140 was designed to look fast even when stationary.

The integrated side wings are among the model's defining features. These sculpted structures connect the superstructure to the aft walkways and create a muscular profile that is instantly recognisable as a Pershing. The raised forward hull section allows for a main-deck owner's suite while preserving the yacht's low and streamlined silhouette.

One of the cleverest elements of the design is the concealed foredeck lounge. When underway, the area remains hidden beneath a sliding platform to maintain the yacht's clean lines. At anchor, the space transforms into a private guest retreat with a sunken lounge and Jacuzzi enjoying uninterrupted views ahead.

The aft section follows a similarly innovative approach. A split-level cockpit arrangement creates several social spaces within the same footprint, while the folding transom and opening side sections expand the beach club when the yacht is at anchor. This gives Arina a very good connection to the water without compromising her sleek exterior styling.

Arina combines sporty elegance with innovation, featuring smooth dynamic lines and a luxurious interior that includes five cabins for 10 guests, reaching a top speed of 36 knots.

Interior Design

Arina's interior demonstrates how Pershing approached the challenge of creating superyacht comfort within a yacht designed to cruise at sports-yacht speeds. The result is a contemporary interior that feels bright, spacious and welcoming without becoming overly decorative.

The raised main deck centres around a large saloon and dining area framed by expansive glazing. Natural light floods the interior throughout the day, while the connection between the living spaces and the surrounding sea remains a constant part of the onboard experience. The light grey tones selected for the helm station reflect the aluminium exterior finish and help create visual continuity throughout the yacht.

The owner of this fourth hull introduced a number of bespoke touches that distinguish Arina from earlier examples. Nature-inspired decorative panels appear throughout the lobby and saloon, while three-dimensional fabrics add texture without overwhelming the clean architectural lines. Black timber finishes contrast nicely with pale leathers, creating a sophisticated but comfortable atmosphere.

A particularly interesting feature is the concealed bar cabinet located beside the stairway to the guest accommodation. Finished in turquoise lacquer, it introduces a subtle splash of colour while remaining hidden when not required. It is a small detail, but one that demonstrates the level of customisation available within the Pershing 140 platform.

Accommodation

Arina accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins and carries up to seven crew members.

The owner's suite occupies a prime position on the main deck, a feature usually associated with larger displacement yachts. This arrangement provides excellent privacy and allows the suite to benefit from elevated views and abundant natural light. Neutral tones, contrasting fabrics and bespoke finishes create a calm and elegant atmosphere, while the adjoining bathroom continues the same design language with handcrafted 3D-effect lacquer detailing.

Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck. Two VIP cabins use warm beige tones to create a relaxed and comfortable environment, while the two twin cabins introduce subtle blue and grey accents. Originally intended for younger guests, they maintain the same standard of finish and attention to detail found throughout the yacht.

Each guest cabin benefits from an en suite bathroom designed to complement its individual colour palette. The result is accommodation that feels cohesive yet avoids becoming repetitive.

The layout works particularly well because it balances guest accommodation with the social spaces that define the Pershing 140 concept. Rather than maximising cabin count, the design prioritises generous living areas, strong connections to the exterior and a sense of openness throughout the yacht.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 4 x diesel MTU (12V 4000 M96L) 12-cylinder 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Arina is capable of reaching a top speed of 38 knots, and comfortably cruises at 30 knots. With her 26,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,400 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
