On Deck

The Okean 80’s defining feature is its fold-down bulwarks, which extend the beam from 6.04m (19ft 10in) to 7.85m (25ft 9in), dramatically increasing deck space. When deployed, they create an open-air terrace that flows directly from the salon, with nearly full-height sliding doors aft and on both sides that connect inside and out. The result is a wide, uninterrupted outdoor lounge that feels custom-built for entertaining at anchor.

At the stern, the Beach Club is designed for continuous use. Rather than a fold-out hatch, the platform remains open at all times, forming a permanent outdoor space clad in artificial teak that stays cool underfoot. There’s a transom shower overhead, a second handheld shower, and a cooler with drain for drinks or ice. Stern anchor gear and long storage compartments can handle foldable paddleboards, water toys, or cushions. The transformer system serves both as tender lift and swim platform, with mounting points visible for stowing a jet ski as needed.

Up in the cockpit, a heavy-duty sunshade extends across a large alfresco dining area. The low-profile capstans and clear sightlines enhance the sense of openness. Cup holders, an entertainment system, storage, and an icemaker are all tucked in. Folding boarding stairs are cleverly stowed nearby. A standout feature here is the ease of use of the fold-down balconies—there’s no fussing with struts or bulky fittings. Just a clean fold-away design that expands your usable deck space by meters on each side.

Moving forward along safe, high bulwarks, the bow delivers another versatile social zone. A broad forward-facing settee doubles as a sunpad base, with pop-up lights and optional shade posts. There's also a bow station with joystick, thruster, and engine controls, set up for single-handed anchoring - ideal for short-handed cruising. Shore power connections and deep anchor lockers are cleanly integrated, with extra fender storage tucked in too.

The 46 sq/m (500sq/ft) flybridge gives yet another social space. A wet bar with sink, fridge, icemaker, grill, and generous storage anchors the area, while an optional shade structure extends aft. Owners can tailor this zone with loose furniture, sunpads, or dining setups for up to eight. At the rear, there’s a davit and space for a jet ski. The flybridge helm features three lean-post helm seats, cup holders, and storage, with full Simrad navigation displays, joystick control and thruster systems.

Interior Accommodation

The main deck interior continues the Okean Lounge concept - open, fluid, and strongly connected to the outside. Full-height sliding doors aft and on both sides let you completely open up the main salon, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. All the furniture is outdoor-rated, so when you slide everything out onto the deck, the interior extends naturally to meet it.

The salon layout is clean and contemporary, with soft-toned woods, rounded corners, indirect lighting, and a ceiling feature that mimics a skylight. A swivel-mounted TV can be repositioned as needed. There’s a strong feeling of comfort and calm, aided by the yacht’s high-spec air conditioning system.

Forward, the owner chose to place a formal dining area with seating for eight to ten, thanks to an extension leaf. Ahead of this is a galley designed for flexibility. Compact and minimal in style, it includes a four-burner induction cooktop, oven with microwave function, fridge, sink, and overhead extraction. Plenty of storage is built in, and owners can customize this area depending on their preferences - for instance, swapping dining for an expanded galley or casual lounge setup.

The pilot house is accessed forward via a weatherproof starboard-side door and interior separation door for privacy. Visibility is exceptional, with a sweeping, wraparound windscreen and three Simrad multifunction displays. There's a projector system mounted above, which can display navigation data or media on the frosted glass panel behind the helm. This two-seat helm setup also includes joystick steering, bow and stern thruster controls, trim tabs, engine data, and autopilot.

Owner's Cabin

The full-beam master suite sits amidships and is notably spacious and light, thanks to large panoramic windows on both sides. There’s a queen-size bed (with space for a king), a settee on starboard, and a vanity or work desk to port. Storage includes a walk-in wardrobe with shelving and drawers, and another smaller bank of drawers nearby.

Finishes are consistent with the rest of the yacht - rounded corners, indirect lighting, soft-toned woods, and carefully placed accents. A drink fridge is tucked in, and the layout invites easy customization depending on how the owner wants to use the space.

The ensuite is generously sized with a rain shower behind glass, wood finishes on the bench and floor, and a separate WC compartment. It’s large enough for two and offers excellent headroom and storage.

Guest Accommodation

There are three further guest cabins below deck, each with its own ensuite. The VIP suite is located forward in the bow and is unusually tall for this position. It features a semi-walkaround bed, good storage including hanging lockers and drawers, and multiple overhead and wall-mounted compartments. Its ensuite has a double shower with overhead fixture, wood detailing, and clean, modern fixtures.

A twin cabin to port features sliding beds that can convert to a double, and a pocket door that opens up flow between this cabin and the shared passage. Storage includes a closet, drawers, and shelving. The ensuite includes a single shower with a portlight window.

Opposite, a convertible lounge space forms the fourth guest cabin. This small salon includes a sliding door for privacy, a large TV, and a couch that converts to a bed. The cabin also connects to a dayhead that features a neat round sink, minimal counter space, and stylish lighting. Depending on the layout, this space can also serve as a laundry or utility room.

Crew Accommodation

Crew access is via a separate portside entrance. The crew quarters include two cabins - one for the captain and a twin-bunk cabin - sharing a decent-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The area is finished to a good standard and includes a second galley setup with a four-burner induction cooktop, sink, full-size fridge and freezer, washer/dryer combo, and plenty of storage. There's also access to the yacht’s switch panel and generator controls. A proper door - not a crawl-through hatch - connects the crew area to the interior.

Performance

Accessed via a proper door with escape hatch to the cockpit, the engine room is exceptionally tidy. The yacht is powered by twin MAN V12 diesel engines at 1,550 hp each, connected via shaft-line propulsion and a V-drive configuration. This setup delivers a top speed of around 27 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots.

There are two Cummins generators (one on each side), a Seakeeper gyro stabilizer, and all key systems including breakers, water heater, fresh water pump, and high-voltage controls are cleanly arranged. The engine space is impressively clean and organised, with oversized exhausts and excellent access for maintenance. Fire suppression is fitted throughout.

In Summary

At 24.2 meters (79 feet 5 inches) with a 7.85-meter (25 feet 9 inches) beam when extended, the Okean 80 Fly is the largest model from the Brazil-based builder and brings an unusual mix of open-air living and genuine cruising capability. The fold-down bulwarks and sliding doors create a lounge-style flow between interior and exterior - ideal for entertaining up to 30 guests.

Almost every space is customizable - from the galley location to lounge and dining arrangements - making this a genuine semi-custom platform. For owners who value indoor-outdoor fluidity, smart systems, and liveaboard comfort, the Okean 80 offers a compelling package in a distinctive Brazilian design.
