The 39.85m open yacht Melony was delivered to her owners in 2015 by Italian shipyard Mangusta. Her naval architecture and interior design comes from the drawing boards of Mangusta, while Stefano Righini is responsible for her exterior design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.76m beam and a 1.7m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 291 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the Mangusta 132 design. Launched in May 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Accommodation
Melony offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M93L) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Melony is capable of reaching a top speed of 38 knots, and comfortably cruises at 25 knots. With her 23,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 450 nautical miles. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
