Presence is a 40m expedition yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Cantiere delle Marche in 2026. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Giorgio M. Cassetta, while her exteriors have been penned by HydroTec.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement w/ bulbous bow steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8m beam and a 2.5m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 415 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in October 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
Presence is the flagship of Cantiere delle Marche’s Acciaio series, measuring just over 40m (131.2ft) in length with an 8m (26.2ft) beam and a displacement of around 388 tonnes. Designed by Hydro Tec, her exterior combines the purposeful stance of a true explorer with smooth, contemporary lines that soften her presence on the water.
The hull is painted in a vivid blue that sets off the crisp white of the superstructure, creating a sharp contrast that highlights the yacht’s tiered profile. The bow is tall and flared to handle open-sea conditions, while the sheer line sweeps gently aft, giving the steel hull a sense of motion even when at rest. The superstructure’s sculpted curves and sloping deck overhangs lend a sense of continuity between decks, and the generous strip windows bring light deep into the interior.
From the side, the Acciaio 130’s proportions are well balanced: the low bulwarks amidships open to broad deck sections aft, while the raked wheelhouse windows and forward brow emphasise her expedition capability and protect visibility underway.
A defining feature at the stern is the full-beam staircase linking the main deck cockpit to the beach club below, creating an easy flow between the lounging terraces and the water. The swim platform forms a natural extension of the social area, while the lazarette beneath houses a Finnish sauna.
On the upper levels, the layout is designed for life at sea as much as life at anchor. The partially enclosed sun deck provides shelter and panoramic visibility, with a third salon at its centre that can double as an observation lounge in colder climates. Stainless-steel railings, teak decks, and the fine detailing around the aft overhangs reflect the shipyard’s emphasis on robust but refined workmanship.
Interior Design
The interiors, styled by Giorgio M. Cassetta, follow a brief focused on informality and freshness. The overall atmosphere is contemporary and uncluttered, balancing sophistication with warmth and a sense of ease. Rather than formality, Cassetta’s work introduces colour and personality in measured ways, resulting in a look that is refined but never stiff.
Light and texture play a strong role in defining the mood. The design encourages a bright, open feel across the four decks, where the connection between interior and exterior spaces remains fluid.
Each social area is planned for comfort on long passages as much as for gatherings at anchor. The main saloon flows into the dining area, and a second, more informal lounge sits on the upper deck. On the sun deck, the enclosed sky lounge doubles as a third salon, an adaptable retreat that functions as an observation lounge in colder regions or a private social corner in warmer ones.
Accommodation
Presence accommodates up to 12 guests across five cabins. The on-deck owner’s suite benefits from the yacht’s generous beam and large windows, providing abundant light and a direct sense of connection to the sea. Below, the four guest cabins are arranged to maximise comfort and versatility, with two featuring Pullman berths to suit different cruising parties.
Crew accommodation is arranged for a team of seven.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (D2862LE) 1,018hp engines, motor yacht Presence is capable of reaching a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 57,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
