The revived builder has resumed operations from a new production facility in Pisa's Navicelli district, where it will construct aluminium displacement and semi-displacement yachts from 27 to 45 metres. The new lineup consists of five models - the TM90, TM33, TM40, TM41 and flagship TM45 - with the first public presentation scheduled for the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show in September.
Founded in Viareggio in 1972 by Moreno Maestrelli and the Picchiotti family alongside yacht designer Paolo Caliari, Tecnomarine delivered more than 300 yachts over five decades. Models including the Cobra series, C-42 and 36-metre flagship T-118 helped establish the yard before operations eventually ceased around the turn of the century.
Aluminium strategy drives Tecnomarine's return
Following its acquisition by Zilioli, Tecnomarine has adopted an aluminium-only construction strategy, positioning the material at the centre of its future production. According to the shipyard, the approach builds on the brand's heritage while supporting greater structural efficiency, and long-range capability.
Production will take place at a new facility on Pisa's Navicelli Canal, comprising 3,500 square metres of covered construction halls alongside 3,000 square metres of outdoor working space dedicated to large yacht projects.

TM90 - An Agile 27-Metre Cruiser
Although its name references 90 feet, the TM90 becomes the entry point into Tecnomarine's new lineup at 27 metres.
Designed as the most agile yacht in the series, the all-aluminium model adopts a lower-profile, sportier silhouette while retaining the same design language found across the larger yachts. Accommodation is arranged for up to eight guests in four cabins, alongside quarters for four crew.
The yacht is intended for Mediterranean cruising, with a cruising speed of 16 knots and a gross tonnage of 165GT. A generous owner's suite, flexible guest accommodation and independent crew access form part of the standard arrangement.
TM33 - Built for Fast Cruising
The 33m TM33 is the first model officially unveiled as part of the relaunch and represents Tecnomarine's interpretation of a modern aluminium fast cruiser.
Constructed entirely from marine-grade aluminium, the motor yacht features a low-profile superstructure, sharp exterior lines and a multi-level deck arrangement centred around a signature aft infinity pool.
The design places considerable emphasis on outdoor entertaining, with shaded dining areas, expansive sunpads and uninterrupted circulation between interior and exterior living spaces. Accommodation is provided for up to 10 guests across five cabins, supported by accommodation for six crew. The 240GT superyacht is expected to cruise at 18 knots.
TM40 - The Displacement Cruiser
Alongside the TM33, Tecnomarine has also introduced the new 40-metre TM40, designed as an aluminium displacement yacht intended for extended cruising.
While full specifications have yet to be released, the shipyard says the model prioritises long-range capability and visual openness through extensive mirrored glazing that creates continuity between the interior and surrounding seascape. The aft section has been conceived as an open terrace overlooking the water, reinforcing the connection between guests and the sea while providing a generous outdoor social area.
TM41 - Owner-Focused by Design
The design introduces a dedicated owner's deck complete with a king-size suite, walk-in wardrobe, panoramic veranda and private aft terrace - features more commonly associated with significantly larger superyachts.
The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests across six cabins, with quarters for seven crew. Zero-speed stabilisers are specified as standard, while the 399GT platform continues the yard's emphasis on long-range cruising and generous onboard volume.
TM45 - Tecnomarine's New Flagship Design
At 45 metres, the TM45 will serve as Tecnomarine's flagship. The raised pilothouse design is characterised by strong horizontal lines, floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive architectural volumes spread across four decks.
A double windscreen further distinguishes the profile, while extensive glazing creates continuous sightlines throughout the yacht.
The flybridge incorporates a swimming pool, bar, alfresco dining area and large sunpads, while the upper deck features a glazed salon designed to strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
Powered by twin 1,550hp MAN V12 engines, the 499GT aluminium yacht is expected to cruise at 16 knots with a range of around 3,000 nautical miles. Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in six cabins, alongside quarters for nine crew.
Tecnomarine says the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show will serve as the first public presentation of its new industrial strategy, production facilities and complete model portfolio.
