As the ninth hull in the Majesty 120 series, Yoto continues a series first introduced in 2020 and now established as one of the yard's most successful superyacht platforms. She is built to a Gulf Craft exterior design and naval architecture, with interiors by Cristiano Gatto Design.
Ninth Majesty 120 Reaches the Water
The launch marks another addition to the Majesty 120 fleet, which has grown steadily since the first yacht entered the water in 2020. The model has been described as its best-selling superyacht, with the series spanning private and charter-focused configurations.
The model's profile was developed in-house by Gulf Craft, using angular lines, long sections of glazing and glass railings to reduce the visual weight of the tri-deck arrangement.
Guest Space Across Three Decks
Yoto has been arranged for 10 guests across five suites. The accommodation includes an owner's cabin on the main deck, two VIP cabins, one double and one twin, supported by accommodation for seven crew. YachtBuyer's review of the model found that owners can choose a six-cabin arrangement or use part of the lower deck as an additional salon, giving the layout greater flexibility depending on whether guest capacity or living space takes priority.
Outdoor space is another major part of the design. The Majesty 120's sundeck is around 30% larger than those found on comparable yachts in its class. At the stern, the arrangement can also provide a sea-level social area once the tender has been launched.
Award-Winning Engineering Behind the Majesty 120
The Majesty 120 has attracted particular attention for its technical package. Major onboard equipment uses electrical rather than hydraulic power, with the engines and generators of the motor yacht remaining conventionally diesel-powered. The approach was developed partly to reduce maintenance requirements and onboard noise.
A heat-recovery HVAC system developed with MAR-IX also contributed to the model winning the Eco Award at the 2023 BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards. The system recovers energy for functions including hot-water heating and fresh-air reheating, reducing electrical demand from the generators. The same awards also named the Majesty 120 winner of Best Naval Architecture in the semi-displacement or planing motor yacht category.
Yoto is powered by twin 2,600hp MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesel engines. YachtBuyer data records a maximum speed of 18 knots and an economical cruising speed of 10 knots, at which she has a reported maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles. Fuel capacity stands at 24,340 liters.

A Busy Year for the Majesty Range
Yoto enters the water during an active year for the Majesty division. In April, the yard launched the first 45.3m Majesty 145, Suzie Q, just over a year after the model was revealed and sold at the 2025 Dubai International Boat Show. The yacht has since been presented at a private shipyard preview ahead of delivery.
Attention will next turn to the 50m Majesty 160, which is due to make its world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September 2026. Designed inside and out by Cristiano Gatto Design with naval architecture by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, the 498GT model introduces seven guest cabins, an infinity pool and a beach club with opening sea terraces.
Together with the continuing Majesty 120 program, the new 145 and 160 significantly strengthen the yard's offering above 35m as the UAE builder expands further into the international superyacht market.
