Third 30m Extra X100 Triplex Yacht Sold

EXTRA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has confirmed the sale of the third 30m Extra X100 Triplex superyacht, which was sold to a European client introduced by Renaud Canivet of Ocean Drive.

The Extra X100 Triplex yacht carries exterior styling by Studio Agon, with naval engineering completed by the shipyard’s in-house team.

Large opening windows on both the main and upper decks create a sense of continuity with the sea, an impression heightened in the owner’s cabin where panoramic forward views establish a direct connection to the surrounding environment. The main deck on board the superyacht also houses the owner’s suite, which includes a private office, vanity, spacious walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a double sink arrangement.

The aft cockpit, developed on two tiers, connects an informal lounge and a sunbathing area with fold-down side terraces to create an infinity effect over the water. This focus on exterior enjoyment continues across the yacht, with each deck offering different settings for relaxation and entertainment.

On the upper deck, guests are provided with a lounge furnished with modular seating, complemented by an outdoor bar and dining table for up to 10 people. Above, the sundeck is arranged for convivial gatherings in complete freedom, further reinforcing the Triplex philosophy of offering multiple ways to enjoy life at sea.

The superyacht accommodates up to 10 guests across five staterooms, including the full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck and four en-suite doubles on the lower deck. Crew are hosted separately in quarters for five, ensuring smooth operation and discreet service during long passages. Storage capacity has also been carefully considered, with a garage positioned aft for a 4-meter tender, Seabob, and additional water toys.

Built in composite with carbon reinforcements, the 30-meter hull and 8.1-meter beam provide interior volumes comparable to yachts exceeding 40 meters, achieving a gross tonnage of approximately 260 GT. This structural efficiency is paired with propulsion from twin MAN engines of 1,800 hp each, delivering a maximum speed of 18 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 15 knots.
