Delivered in 2020, Malkia is a 29.6m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Patricia Urquiola, while her exteriors have been penned by Zuccon International Project.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.6m beam and a 2m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 130 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the SD96 design. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in November 2020.
Accommodation
Malkia offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (10V2000M86) 1,380hp engines, motor yacht Malkia is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
