More DetailsPa'lante is a 40m motor yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Riva in 2025. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Officina Italiana Design, while Riva is responsible for her naval architecture.
Key Features
- 40.08m (131.5ft) Riva yacht
- Full-beam main deck glazing
- Sub-300GT volume platform
- Flybridge social deck
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing carbon fibre hull and superstructure she features a 7.87m beam and a 2.29m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was delivered to her owners in April 2025.
Exterior Design
The 40.08m (131.5ft) Riva superyacht Pa’lante carries the sharp, layered profile that defines the builder’s larger flybridge models, with naval architecture developed in-house and exterior styling by Officina Italiana Design. From the image, the hull and superstructure read as a series of clean, interlocking planes, so the yacht keeps a low, fast stance despite its volume just under 300GT.
A long band of dark glazing runs through the main deck, while a second, more sculpted window line cuts through the upper structure, so the profile feels stretched and uninterrupted. The bow is fine and slightly aggressive, with a clean anchor arrangement and minimal clutter, and this flows into a foredeck that is set up for sunbathing with open space and loose furniture potential.
Aft, the decks step down in layers, with each level set up for a different use. The main deck aft connects directly to the saloon through large sliding doors, while the upper deck sits above as a dedicated alfresco dining space. Up top, the flybridge adds another open-air zone, with seating spread around the hardtop and radar arch, so the yacht offers multiple outdoor areas without overlap.
Interior Design
Interior design from Officina Italiana Design follows a restrained palette, where neutral tones meet darker wood finishes, so the contrast comes from material rather than colour. Large windows run almost full height along the main deck, and these bring in steady natural light across the saloon.
The main saloon is arranged with a forward dining area for up to 10 guests, while the lounge sits aft with a sofa-based layout. This keeps dining and relaxation separate, while still allowing a clear flow between both zones and out to the aft deck.
Accommodation
Pa’lante accommodates up to 10 guests across five staterooms within a volume just under 300GT. The layout supports a mix of guest types, with cabins arranged to provide privacy while keeping access straightforward from the main circulation routes.
Each cabin follows the same design language as the main spaces, with neutral tones and darker wood detailing, so there is continuity throughout the yacht. Large windows in the main areas and considered lighting in the lower deck cabins help maintain a bright feel across all guest spaces.
She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Motor yacht Pa'lante is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 23 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
