Due to be delivered in 2025, Sairu is a 179'11" motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Riva. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Officina Italiana Design, while Riva is responsible for her naval architecture.

Key Features

  • Amidships lift linking all decks
  • Full-beam main deck master suite
  • Flagship four-deck aluminium Riva superyacht
  • 5m stern pool with sea terraces

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 28'3" beam and a 7'4" draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in mid 2023. This was the first yacht built on the 54Metri design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in August 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Riva's Ancona yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.

Exterior Design

At 54m (177.2ft) in length with a beam of 8.60m (28.2ft), Sairu is the largest Riva ever constructed. Built entirely from aluminium and with a gross tonnage under 500GT, she translates the brand’s signature style into a four-deck format. The exterior lines, created by Officina Italiana Design in collaboration with the Ferretti Group Strategic Product Committee and Engineering Department, are long, lean, and athletic, with a modern yet unmistakably Riva silhouette.

Her Moon Grey hull catches the light with a subtle metallic sheen, set off by darker London Grey accents and polished black elements through the superstructure. A continuous band of glazing runs along the main deck, while the geometric shapes of the upper deck windows draw the eye forward. Polished steel details punctuate the design, and the aquamarine waterline adds a distinctive flash at the water’s edge.

Outdoor living areas are a focal point. At the stern, a wide transformer platform leads to a beach club anchored by a 5m (16.4ft) pool and flanked by sunloungers. Just five steps higher, the main deck aft forms an inviting reception space with a large sofa, armchairs, and an outdoor bar. Both the beach club and cockpit can expand with fold-out bulwarks to create large terraces right above the water.

Forward on the main deck, two expansive sun sofas extend the lounging area and neatly conceal part of the technical gear below. This section is fitted with a hinged launch system for smooth deployment and recovery of the tender, jet ski, and water toys. All four decks are linked by an amidships lift, ensuring effortless access between levels.

Sairu showcases Riva’s largest-ever aluminium superyacht build.

Interior Design

The interiors combine high-end materials with thoughtful detailing. Fine marbles such as Sahara Noir and Bianco Rhino are paired with natural teak panelling and leather finishes, producing a series of warm yet sophisticated contrasts in tone and texture.

A key part of the interior planning is the separation of guest and crew pathways, allowing for discreet service on every deck. Acoustic comfort has also been prioritised, with four electric stabiliser fins and two electric rudders ensuring minimal vibration and noise underway.

The bridge area reflects the yacht’s modern approach to navigation and connectivity, while the rest of the interior layout maintains Riva’s trademark elegance through clean lines, balanced proportions, and a mix of open social spaces and more private retreats.

On the technical side, the helm benefits from two X-band radar systems, 5G connectivity supported by a Starlink antenna, a complete ECDIS navigation system, three 27-inch touchscreens, and a 44-inch stretch monitor.

Accommodation

Sairu accommodates up to 10 guests. Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck, while the full-beam master suite sits forward on the main deck, offering commanding views and a generous sense of space.

Crew quarters are set out to support a team of 11, with five double cabins and a captain’s cabin positioned adjacent to the wheelhouse. This arrangement ensures smooth operation and round-the-clock service without impacting guest privacy.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (MTU 12V 2000 M96) engines, motor yacht Sairu is capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots.

A 5m pool and fold-out terraces define Sairu’s beach club.
