More Details

Delivered in 2021, Triple Eight is a 27.1m motor yacht for sale built by British shipyard Sunseeker. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of Sunseeker's design team.

Key Features

  • 27.1m (88.11ft) Sunseeker 90 Ocean yacht
  • Two-tier beach club with platform
  • X-TEND convertible transom system
  • Flybridge upper deck

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.16m beam and a 1.86m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 120 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fourth yacht built on the 90 Ocean design. She was delivered to her owners in November 2021.

Exterior Design

Triple Eight is a Sunseeker 90 Ocean yacht measuring 27.1m (88.11ft), delivered in 2021. The design comes from Sunseeker’s in-house team, with a focus on volume and open deck space.

The beam of 7.16m (23.6ft) is carried far forward, which gives the yacht a fuller shape and increases internal and external space. The bow is upright and high, so it adds usable volume forward and sets this model apart from typical planing yachts in this size range.

At the stern, the layout centres on a large two-tier beach club. The hydraulic platform sits close to the water, while the X-TEND transom system converts from a tender garage into adjustable seating. This area can shift between storage, sunbathing, and a social lounge depending on how the transom is set.

The cockpit links directly to this beach club via twin staircases, so the aft end works as one continuous space. Above, the flybridge is larger than most in this class and has been specified open with a hardtop.

Forward, the bow is arranged as a private lounge with sunpads and seating. Glass plays a key role across the design, with full-height windows and glazed bulwarks bringing light into the interior and opening up views.

Interior Design

The interior uses Sunseeker’s modern layout approach, with a focus on space and light. Large floor-to-ceiling windows run along the main saloon, so the room feels wide and open.

A smoked eucalyptus finish defines the main materials, paired with neutral soft furnishings. The saloon is arranged as a single flowing space, with lounge seating aft and a dining area forward. There are no heavy divisions, so the layout stays flexible for day use or entertaining.

The connection to the exterior is constant, with direct access out to the cockpit and beach club.

Accommodation

Triple Eight accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, with space for up to 4 crew.

The owner’s cabin forms the main suite, supported by a VIP cabin and two twin cabins. The wide beam allows for better circulation and more usable floor space across all cabins. Each cabin includes its own en suite and benefits from hull glazing for natural light.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12) 1,900hp engines, motor yacht Triple Eight is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 13,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
