Known for his work on the Baglietto series as well as Tankoa’s 72-metre Casino Royale, the Italian designer has approached the 40-meter motor yacht with a softened superstructure and long, tapered glazing. The profile introduces subtle curvature across its dual-tone exterior, while maintaining the sharp presence characteristic of Sunseeker’s larger yachts.

The interior of the yacht will be developed in-house by Sunseeker EU Design Limited. Details remain undisclosed, though the yard has confirmed that layouts will be highly customizable, aligning with its focus on “tailor made” yachts for individual clients.

Technical Advances
The shipyard announced that the hull mold is already complete, setting the stage for construction to move forward. While full specifications of the superyacht are yet to be disclosed, some defining features have been outlined. A plunge pool on the foredeck is designed with convertible functionality, draining to become an additional seating or dining area.
The aft deck has also been extended, with multiple lounges arranged to create a beach-club style environment that departs from more traditional flybridge-led layouts, such as the Sunseeker 134 Superyacht, which was also revealed at Cannes this week.

The 40M Superyacht enters Sunseeker’s lineup as part of a period of expansion in the shipyard’s upper size range.
