The 213'3" motor yacht Alia 65M is being constructed by Turkish shipyard Alia Yacht and is due to be delivered in 2028. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, while Diana Yacht Design is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 44'3" beam. The yacht has an internal volume of 1,432 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
The exterior living areas are thoughtfully configured to provide flexibility and flow across the day. A swimming pool sits on the aft main deck, cleverly designed with a movable floor that can be raised flush to the deck to create a broad, uninterrupted platform for events or lounging. On the sundeck, there’s a Jacuzzi positioned for expansive views, while a second, larger Jacuzzi is located on the foredeck and set aside for the owner's exclusive use. Each space has been laid out with a clear emphasis on usability, comfort, and atmosphere.
Interior Design
Sinot is also leading the interior design, collaborating closely with the owner and Alia’s in-house team to deliver a deeply personalised and finely crafted atmosphere. The style draws from natural materials, selected to bring warmth, texture, and a sense of ease to each space while reflecting the high build quality for which Alia is known.
The main deck saloon offers a generously proportioned social area, designed to feel both open and intimate, with ample seating and elegant finishes that encourage relaxed gatherings. Large windows and careful detailing ensure a light and cohesive aesthetic throughout. The layout and interior arrangement are shaped to deliver the experience of a much larger yacht, optimising space without compromising on design purity or practicality.
Accommodation
Accommodation has been planned to offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites. The owner’s suite is a key highlight, set forward with full-height glass and panoramic ocean views. A private lounge is integrated into the suite, offering a quiet retreat framed by the seascape beyond. This space reflects the yacht’s broader focus on privacy and connection with the environment.
