Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 45'11" beam and a 11'6" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 2,680 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

Project Life is conceived as a yacht that revolves around outdoor living, with expansive deck spaces and a layout tailored for life spent in the open air. The exterior styling comes from Espen Øino, his first collaboration with Benetti, and the design prioritises easy connection with the sea across multiple levels.

The aft end of the yacht features a vast, 270-square-metre beach club with fold-down terraces and a large swim platform, placing guests right at the water’s edge. This area also includes a dedicated side marina - a launch point for tenders and toys that complements the main water-level spaces. Directly above, a glass-bottomed swimming pool filters sunlight through to the beach club below, creating a natural play of light and shadow across the space.

Moving forward, the main deck is arranged for sociable outdoor lounging, with sunbeds, a bar, and a television screen worked into the layout. On the bridge deck aft, an open-air dining area includes a live cooking station.

The upper foredeck is another versatile zone, outfitted with a helipad, a Jacuzzi, and generous lounging space. Furniture arrangements across all decks are designed to be flexible, adapting to different times of day. Central to this concept is a rotating lounge structure that shifts orientation depending on sun angle or activity - a clever response to how guests use aft decks in real life.

Design lines are clean and contemporary, with plenty of visual transparency and a strong emphasis on alfresco enjoyment. The entire outdoor layout responds directly to the way owners and guests actually live on board - with most waking hours spent outside, not indoors.

Natural light and curved architecture define the relaxed interior character of Project Life.

Interior Design

Interior styling is led by François Zuretti, who has created a calm, light-filled environment grounded in natural materials and fluid architectural lines. The layout makes use of organic shapes and soft transitions to maintain a continuous feel from space to space, reinforcing the connection between inside and out.

Ceiling height, lighting, and materials all play a role in shaping the interior mood. Curved contours are used extensively - from the main saloon and upper lounge to the central lobby and entry area - while the color palette draws on natural seascape tones to create a sense of harmony with the marine surroundings.

Natural light has been carefully prioritised throughout the yacht. Where possible, lines between the interior and exterior are minimised or removed entirely, creating a soft boundary between open and enclosed areas. This approach is echoed in the lighting design, which adapts to different atmospheres across the day.

One standout feature of the interior concept is the inclusion of Benetti’s Veranda Deck - a reconfiguration of the traditional main saloon that opens it up on three sides. This transforms what is typically an enclosed lounge into a fluid extension of the aft deck, well suited to relaxed gatherings or casual dining.

Accommodation

The accommodation layout supports up to 13 guests in seven well-appointed cabins. At its centre is the owner’s suite, which spans 98 square meters (1,054 square feet) and includes a dedicated private skylounge. A third adjacent room adds flexibility to this area, and can be arranged as a private office, wellness room, or any other space tailored to the owner’s lifestyle.

Performance & Capabilities

The concept includes a diesel-electric propulsion system designed to be compatible with HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel, alongside an optimised hull form engineered to enhance performance and reduce fuel consumption over long distances.

Hybrid solar panels are also planned as part of the yacht’s energy system. These will harness both solar and thermal energy to support hotel loads and recharge tenders and toys, reducing reliance on traditional generators and supporting quieter operation on board.

Designed for how people actually live on board, Project Life keeps decks central to the experience.
