Delivered in 2013 and refitted in 2022, Checkmate is the sixteenth yacht built on the Benetti Vision 145' platform. She was designed by Stefano Righini with interiors by Zuretti and naval architecture by the in-house team at Benetti.
Zuretti’s interior design for Checkmate captures a warm and welcoming Mediterranean aesthetic. The main saloon is defined by cream-toned furnishings accented with tangerine and azure blue details that echo the yacht for sale's coastal spirit. Lacquered cabinetry with harlequin linework adds geometric depth, while peacock-blue armchairs and wicker-and-chrome seating by mid-century designer Harvey Probber lend an air of understated sophistication.
The décor carries through into the dining and guest areas with subtle continuity, balancing vibrant statement pieces with soft neutral foundations. Gold-leaf sconces by Fisher Weisman illuminate the lobby, where fluted columns and a sweeping staircase with textured carpet and ribbed-wood handrails add a sense of craftsmanship and character.

Her 60,000-liter fuel capacity supports a range of approximately 3,500 nautical miles at an economical 12 knots, enabling transatlantic passages with ease.
